I told the man I wanted insurance atleast 4 times. He said I was good to go. A few hours later I hit a tall tree that was sticking out into the road. The branch hit the top of the uhaul. When I got back to the rental spot he told me unfortunately that he made the mistake of not buying the full coverage & basically said â€œdon't worry it won't be that muchâ€ instead of taking fault of his own.
The truck was dirty, and didn't have the dolly that I requested. I was forced to drive to another location and wait there for quite some time. I was delayed about 1 hour due to this. I was supposed to be compensated, but it looks like that also didn't work. The truck was in fairly bad condition, as the door didn't fully close and was very loud while driving.
Your 3rd party vendor chose to nickel and dime me after I went 30 miles out of my way to support his business because he was referred by a family friend. No, I will never be back, pick better contractors.
This location is the best in the San Fernando Valley. Sam is very gracious, professional and helpful.
We confirmed a drop off time but when we arrived the business was closed. The online help process took more than 1 hour with problems sharing our location & pictures. Eventually we were told to leave the keys and check with the business the following day. SO pickup was great, drop off not so much.
They need to check the vehicle before renting it to the customer cause there was not to be told things in the truck that damage my son 200 dollars shoes and when I report it to the clerk. He acknowledged the mistake but did not do anything. Very poor experience.

Have rental return not take more than an hour, make sure if you're making people use your app for returns that it actually works, and the website actually works, and your rental agents stay open until their posted hours. I had a terrible experience. I was stuck at the rental location for an hour. Terrible terrible terrible!!

Sam was great and helpful. I thought the truck drove a little wonky...lots of give in the steering, which I didn't love, but, overall, it was a fine experience.

Sam is a super nice man. He makes you feel very welcome. Very professional business man. Love his store. We always rent our Uhaul from On The Run Wireless.
The location is un-recognizable as a U-Haul Franchiser - no signage. It's a small barrio convenience mart which sells a host of services - long distance phone services, money transfer, subscription phones, etc. Sam was friendly and fast, however he didn't note the chipped windshield; the windshield was very dirty (bug juice) and the exterior of the van was filthy.
Sam was very nice and explained the process clearly. He made this a very good experience.
This UHaul location is the BEST in its area.I needed a vehicle fast and would up not getting much help from another UHaul location nearby that closed in 15 minutes at 5pm. So I went to this location which closed later. The proprietor, Sam, is complety service oriented, friendly and helpful over and above any other U Haul I have been to. Not just with myself but I observed this to be with the customer before me too. Sam deserved 10 stars, not just 5, for his 10 star service. Highly recommended and thanked.

I was lied to about available parking I was threatened to be towed I lost money because i had stop in the middle of a moving job. To move my car. I am very unhappy
It is very suspicious that on a cellphone no nor a computer with some many application you manage to have one that we are able to open to view our bill but is able to see everything else you send us. I would love to see my bill. This is the 2 time one month and 4th time i have use you and i have the same problem. Not being able to see my bill. We can not find any application that will open the bill you email
