We ordered a dolly and moving pads. Nieither was supplied with the truck for out before hours pick up. The app was cumbersome and it took several attempts for it to accept the photos of the truck. Need to start a chat with your help desk in order to get password for the lock. Several items were scratched in the move that would have been fine if we had the movies supplies requested.

Horrible place! Called to see if I could get the trailer at 7 am was told no one needed to be there. Because of this we got the wrong trailer with the wrong license plate. Stay far away from this place!!!!!
Deborah BI showed up to a closed business for pickup of the truck, I was able to get help for mobile pick up on the phone, I would prefer to pick up at a Uhaul location instead of this
Louie SNobody was at the location when we showed up and the windows were cracked and all covered with old newspapers. I would never choose this location... In fact, I chose another location and was changed to this location which was frustrating to begin with and very disappointing after the fact.
Michael KPick up was weird.....it looked like an abandoned gas station with newspapers covering all the windows, and no one onsight. I was told i had to pick up the equipment myself because since covid, they were touchless.
