the box van was dirty and missing right side mirror. stering was very loose. the condition was not gen hardwares problem.../

not rely on another vustomer dropping off our needed equipment only a few hours before and if their late we needing to drive to another rental location 30 miles away.
JENNIFER TI am extremely disappointed in my experience.. The truck was driven less than a mile total and I was told the gas went from 7/8 to 3/4. IMPOSSIBLE! They charged me $8 for gas. Obviously ,the old guy manager can't read a gas gauge. He literally through me out of the store after he escalated the situation. He threatened to ban me from ever renting a UHaul again. The vehicle was also dirty on the inside.
Joy UStaff was very helpful and friendly. Made the vehicle return very easy.
