This has nothing to do with the pickup location but I'm not very happy at all with my rental experience. My reservation was changed the day before my move. Then when I got there I had rented a 10 foot truck and all they had was a 26 foot truck which ended up costing me a lot more in gas and not needed. I did not appreciate this additional expense. This was not professional service and handled poorly!

Great customer service!
Gail TLocation general manager messed up my entire reservation and now I'm waiting on a call & refund for highest tier daily insurance rate, daily charges and unacceptable unauthorized transaction. I'll give the Uhaul MGR one more day to fix employee mistake and conduct. If not Better business bureau with AG office I'm contacting. Terrible experience and ll never rent nothing again Uhaul they could have done better.
Deborah ITrailer has no tongue jack. Could not safely lift it on to hitchball. Had to find someone in the store to help pick it up

terry yJust wanted to note we reserved a 15ft truck and we're only given a 10ft. Caused us to have 2 loads instead of one. Which resulted in higher fees from gas and mileage. I gave this a good rating ONLY because the location was wonderful and very nice to us.

Troy BIt took multiple cashiers to check me out. They acted like I didn't have a reservation at first and acted confused. I'll continue to rent but will try to rent from another location.
Ashley FDrivers side door would not close. Truck was filthy from previous user. Staff wanted to take it out of service due to condition of vehicle. I agreed to take it dirty but drivers door would not close all the way.
Candice BThe employee I rented it from had no clue how to navigate the system. I stopped in the day before to avoid having to wait. The employee had no clue how to operate the computer system and was obviously not one to do the computer work. No one in the store could sufficiently operate it and it took almost two hours to get through the computer system with untrained workers. I'm a licensed contractor and went out of my way to come the day before to set this up only to have my time wasted by ppl tht obviously didn't know anything about the computer system. Very unhappy with the service. The truck did what I needed it todo. Just wish I hadn't wasted my time making arrangements the day before only to be held up by workers who had no clue what they were doing.
brock rThe drop-off location was a newly opened hardware store. Extremely clean and organized. The clerk assisting was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!
tim hThey were unable to print a receipt. As this was a business expense, rather inconvenient not to be able to have a receipt.
Matthew BOver all both trucks needed work last truck mirror had been hit clear sticker on it had to tighten it up. Old man at Milton acted like everything was my fault was rude and s snob to me girl was nice and helpful. Raymond Thompson was fair to me and was a nice man. But your computer problems left me looking like an ass.
