Sometimes the 24/7 app glitches. I rent several times per year and sometimes the app kicks me back to a previous screen and makes me repeat steps. It's most annoying, especially when I have taken all the pics required (6) and it kicks me back and I have to do it all over again!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSucks. Lied about miles and gas level to bill me more. Will not be using uhaul for my next move.
Lonnie WOnce again, I had a great rental experience, thank you! I appreciate the 24/7 mobile pick-up and drop-off ability.
Barbara R*I appreciate the 24/7 pick up and return feature accessed through the app. It's very convenient and then it doesn’t matter if the U-Haul location is open or closed. Thank you for that option! *I have rented the U-Haul van at this location many times over the past 3-4 years, and I am sure that I will continue to do so. *I would also like to add that any time I have had to contact U-Haul by phone concerning reservations, your representative agents have always been very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks for that too!
Barbara RThey are very good at getting you hitched and out. Get the job done.
