All I needed was an appliance dolly, but I had to give two phone numbers, an emergency contact, and that contact had to be validated. Getting info into the system was slow, since it was all online, and the local ISP performance is notoriously spotty. It took about 30 minutes to rent a dolly. I think two things could help. One would be to put more of the software on the local PC, and the other would be to not require unneeded information if the user is not renting a truck or trailer. The people were great, and the dolly, while somewhat old, worked perfectly. We moved one fridge out of the house and the new one in with no problems. Thanks!

I have had the opportunity to rent from Millington UHaul since the early 70’s. Even though the staff has changed over the years, I have always been treated with respect as one of the family. My most recent experience required me to rent a truck on short notice. They had what I needed and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great job UHual.

Equip was as clean as expected., after all, its a tow dolly. Equip maint in this case, dolly tires were totally out of balance, making for an vibrating experience. I understand if prev renter said nothing, how would it be known

Returning the truck was a challenge. The sign said to wait in the truck but no one ever came out. Went inside and there were a lot of customers. So, I attempted to return the truck using my phone. It failed 2 or 3 times and I had to go thru the whole process again including taking new pictures. It finally went thru and I left.

Not staffed to handle a Saturday morning workload for rentals. Only 1 employee available who spent more than 45 minutes helping one customer with a hitch. I had a reservation and waited almost an hour to finally get my rental. A long line of customers just left because of the long wait. One person only wanted kerosene and was told to come back in about an hour, he said forget it and left. Bottom line U-haul needs to ensure enough employees are available to handle the workload.

When I arrived the lot was full of vehicles at the front door. Very little room to pull my truck in and remove trailer. When the representative came outside, she wanted me to maneuver the truck and trailer around all of the parked vehicles. If there would be any damage to vehicles or trailers I would be held accountable. I opted to leave the trailer where it sat. This was unacceptable. I had to disconnect the trailer in order to complete my transaction at this location. The pickup location completed this for me. When I received my invoice there was a 5.00 charge no one could explain.

I called the day before arranged for pickup for equipment. My arranged pick up time was 1pm My check out process started at 1258 and was not completed until 156pm. Not to mention that I was the only customer in the store. Very great customer service; very slow checkout

There was only one person that could set up storage we waited inside for about 15 mins while one guy to care of the customer in front of us when he finished with them we were told to give him just a min he came back and said give the manager 5-10 minutes he will be with us after waiting 30-45 mins he came in and started training the gentleman who set up our storage then the manager would walk away to go do something else and the guy entering our storage info was stuck and would have to go find him or just wait for him to come back. We finally got to unload and everything was smooth sailing after that. Very friendly staff but need more trained people

You need to have more than ONE person there who knows their job! Every time I use the millington location it takes an hour to check out or check in anything!

Your employees had no idea on how to work the computer system or what to do in order to rent me an appliance dolly. The only person that had the knowledge on the computer was helping other customers and could not take the time to assist the others who did not know what they were doing. I spent over 30 minutes trying to rent the dolly when it should have taken no more than 5-10 minutes. I was very displeased with the time that was wasted.
