I really was in a really good mood before arriving at U-haul, because I was so excited about my new place. I spoke to Bob three times before getting a response from him. Once I got a response. He told me I had to sweep the back of the truck out and I needed to put more gas in the truck. He was argumentive. So I had to go back to the gas station for $5.10 to top off the truck. It was one piece of paper in the back of the truck. My son had to get out and speak to Bob because he was rude to me. I have been a customer with U-Haul for many years. I have never had such a bad experience. I would defiantly go to a different company if U-haul hire more people like BOB. I have another move in two years. Uhaul has always been my first choice, I will think twice next time.

Bobby was very helpful in getting the equipment processed and ready for me and I am very thankful that he called to let me know about the changes in my pickup location.
Not the drop off location fault. Got the text of where I could drop off the night prior, tried to figure out why it was a 30 minute drive when there were multiple locations within 10-15 minutes. Spent 20 minutes on hold to finally be told I had no other choice between that distance or others the same distance (30 minute drive). Called back in the morning, was referred to a local uhaul person who then told me I could drop off trailer at a location 10 minutes from my house, got the text and everything. Went to the location to have the uhaul representative tell me I was unable to return the trailer in his location because he already had too many. So I called back, local representative called the place said they are unable to take the trailer so I had to choose a different location. Picked another one that was reasonably closer than the original and successfully dropped the trailer off. Not the finest adventure to say the least.
I had to clean my rental before I could even use it,and the man at pick up location was pushy and not helpful he just kept adding insurance to my bill even though I explained I did not want it .

Make sure when a customer quoted a price for a rental, ensure that its documented properly.
Just turned in the auto transport I picked up in Savannah on Sunday while they were closed, so I didn't have any interaction with anyone. But it was layed out simply enough.

The site gets average because of the lady who helped me get all my stuff handled over the phone when uhaul changed my pick up location. If it wasn't for her I would be giving a lower rating.
I dropped off after hours and lady was very helpful.
My reservation was changed from 6:30 AM to 9 AM less than 16 hours before the pickup. I chose this location specifically because it had 24/7 Ride Share, allowing me to pickup the truck whether the store was open or not. When I arrived at the location at 9 AM, the app told me "Counter Service Required" for some reason. Problem was, this pickup was on a Sunday, and the store was closed! I called GO-UHAUL and the service rep told me "This location doesn't do 24/7 Rideshare." This is despite the fact that it was 1) listed as such on the U-Haul portal and 2) I was LOOKING at the keybox that had my truck keys in it. Luckily for me, the manager of the facility came in around 9:20 (even though they aren't open on Sundays) and opened the box for me. Had she not shown up, I wouldn't have been able to get my truck. This is in addition to pushing my moving timeline back nearly 3 hours the night before after I had already coordinated with friends at my old and new locations to help me move. I asked the manager about it, and she told me they do 24/7 Ride Share, and then proceeded to unlock the lock box under a big sign that said "24/7 Ride Share Key Pickup" and hand me the keys. The location was great, but the 24/7 Ride Share application has some serious issues.
Ask me to pick the truck up a day early with no charge I pick it up they charge me anyway seems like a racket just to get more money
I was disappointed that the pick-up location did not have the vehicle I had reserved available. They did give me a larger truck for the same price. Also, I reserved for Sept. 1 but U-Haul reserved for Sept. 3 when the location was closed. I had reserved six blankets but the location had no record of this.
Better customer servoce skills they just stand there and look at you and dont ask can they help you

The trailor was located next to a woody area and I had a tic immediately attach to my ankle. Also it took me 3 attempts to obtain a new electrical cable for the trailer because the first two were broken.
