Very easy weekend drop off.
Kathryn PThe owner is rude he didn't want to help us but when he did he was cusing around us. He drove our truck to park the trailer and he took off so fast he knocked everything over in the back of the truck
Brian Wthe inside of the cab needs cleaning. The air conditioner only worked intermittently. picking up the key was confusing. thankfully the auto care owners were very helpful.
Desiree SThe contract said I had until May 3 (Sunday) to return the trailer. I returned the trailer on May 2 (Saturday). The business was closed. I called the telephone number for the business to let them know I returned the trailer and a recorded message said they would call back. Never happened. I called the central office and received an invoice stated returned and paid in full. On May 4 I received another invoice for an extra day’s use of the trailer. U-HAUL seems to be in a shambles. Customer service is awful.
