Trailer was due back by 745 Saturday morning. Arrived at 7:40. Doors to the business were locked. Waited 10 minutes then I called U-Haul. I was informed to put the contract the dropbox. An hour later I checked my emails and saw that I was charged for two days of rental. Because they did not check the trailer and 8:56 in the morning. They tried to charge me for two days When in fact the trailer was back on time. This has happened twice at this location. I believe they were trying to defraud me for an extra day. If I would not of checked my email notifications I would never saw that. Be aware of this facility

There was something wrong with the returning of the truck. I Was there trying to return the truck almost an hour, completely exhausted from moving and the issue was still not resolved. I had to leave and I called a few hours later still not fixed. Then I called back this morning at opening and took about an hour but it was returned. Not sure where the issue with the contract came from but that is ridiculous. I should just be able to return the truck and within 10 minutes have it returned in system. The woman I spoke to this Morning was very nice and helped me out. The issue I have is with the system. Needs to be better.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The van was not ready for pickup at the scheduled time and location. And your customer service really had no clue why or how this happened. Don’t launch an app to reserve online, if it’s not properly functioning. Your licensed U-Haul provider apparently had no knowledge of the reservation. HUGE customer service issue that cost me more money and time, due to your incompetence.

The truck was given to me with only 1/4 tank. I didn’t think I would have to stop for gas when picking up the truck. I figured it would be full and I would return full, makes sense right.

I was disappointed to find regardless of how long you need the rental you had to pay for 24 hours. I only needed it for less than 2 hours. Also no senior or military price break offered

Don't like how the billing works the $19.99 should be add when you are originally paying on line or at the store. My bill that I paid at the store was $53 my total bill I receive on line was $77. I did not budget for that difference. Please add all estimated charges on the first bill so there are no surprises.
