Had to do everything on line and it was difficult for me and took a long time. I would rather do business in person and not on an app.

There was no one at the location and I had to do everything on the app. It was just me and my sister and the location looked sketchy. I had to call Customer Service 3 times due to them trying to transfer me to another department and the phone would disconnect. We couldn’t find the key to get access to the U-Haul truck, had to call Customer Service again to help locate the key. The truck was dirty and the driver side door was hard to shut. It was very frustrating picking the truck up from this location, since it did change from my original P/U with no one to help us personally from this location. With 2 women, I do not recommend this pickup location. Also I didn’t receive my dolly and blankets and ended up scratching my dresser in the move. Was very upset.
Lisa RKey was not available. Had to wait over an hour for someone to show up midday. The mileage was recorded improperly.
Brian GWas confusing when arrived since the business on site doesn't manage the uhaul. Have to call the individual if they're not in the "shed" that's on site. Note: the shed was unlocked when I arrived and no one was on the property. I tried to unlock the key box; but wasn't successful. Fortunately, the person that manages that location was nearby and assisted me (numbers weren't aligned).
