Truck was filthy on the outside (caked in dry mud) and the inside if the box was very dirty. I even rented moving blankets and they were in the plastic bag SOAKED!! Horrible. Had to use sheets from my own home and bed to put down as putting my personal belongings on the ground of this dirty truck wasn’t an option. AND to top it all off uhaul did nothing about it. Would not recommend.

The kid in the location had a terrible attitude disrespected me many times and from the moment I entered the store he refused to help because I was interrupting his time doing nothing . I went as far as filing a complaint with franchise the way that he treated me. Not only disrespected me as a customer but as a human totally unacceptable put a bad image on his company along with U-Haul, I would never let a company that hires this type of employee represent my company. Very bad experience.
Gabriel GThe personnel did not know anything about reservations. Did not care about us. The process to rent the truck was very struggling. Anyway was not the best experience. The branch at the 132 Ave and 120 st is much accesibles, helpful and more personalized.

Ana BThe gentleman working that day seems like he didn’t want it to be there I asked him very respectfully for the truck keys and he just told me I have nothing to do with that that’s over the phone with them or online not helpful at all and with a attitude… a little more help would be nice he ended disrespecting my sister and the lady from customer service on the phone .never again in this location.
