If your going to rent a haul dont do it online and dont rent with a sub-uhal rental place. I made both of those mistakes. When I went to pick up my 19' van from a sub-uhal rental they didn't have my van or any rental available so I went to this one where i was able to get a uhaul twice as big because i had to make another reservation with them and cancel the other and they didnt have what i needed. Long story short if your going to rent a haul rent from a uhaul place over the phone. Dont book online and with a sub-uhaul place.

The truck was in good conditions, but the service was terrible, I made my reservation via online and when i came to the office to pickup the truck one of the employees told me that I have to come inside the store and see a representative. I waited for about an hour and finaly the other representative told me that I was supposed to pickup the truck for myself. I waste one hour of my time. Then when I dropped it at the night, the wasn’t any key box, and I had to returned next day to drop off the key. My experience was horrible!!!!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I would never recommend using Uhaul. The quality of the service, the lack of customer service is just pitiful. Uhaul should be ashamed. Do business with Uhaul at your own peril.

My experience was bad. I returned the truck and keys in a timely manner and I was still charged for literal days after everything had been returned. I called to complain about the matter and only then was my reservation stopped. I was told a manager would call me to discuss the duration of the rental and to resolve the issue, and they never did. The full charge for the extra days was actually applied to my credit card. I had to go through Customer Service to file a claim to get my money back, and even that is pending their confirmations. Nobody can do their jobs properly, and somehow it's the customer's fault.

All of your personnel were amazingly professional and polite. They work under extreme conditions without basic necisities. I preregisteed on line, only to have to repeat the process in your store. No time saver her. Your stores credit car machine didn’t work so agent need to enter all data by hand. One agent at desk, first of month, your busiest day. Completely irresponsible on managements part. I ask you, what is worse ignorance or apathy? Obviously, Uhaul management doesn’t know, or care. PATHETIC! Shame on you. Can’t believe all those super nice people work for you.

Hello, I have used U-Haul for many years and my experiences had always been great, you can look up my client history. Yesterday July 02, I walked into U-haul location (12865 NW 7TH AVE, NORTH MIAMI, FL) in the morning to pick up the truck I rented (paid in advance and express checked in). I was not greeted to start, I let the lady know I was coming to pick up a truck and she asked me what size? When I told he a 15' she told me "OH, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU THAT". I asked why? her reply was "THERE ARE OTHER TRUCKS BLOCKING THAT ONE". This is to explain how my experience began yesterday morning. After several minutes of back and forth, the two ladies and the gentleman in the counter decided that they could indeed give me the truck I had reserved, confirmed and paid for. I had also reserved two furniture dollies but they said they did not have any left in that location. I manifested my discomfort because I had put those two dollies in my order, paid for it and now I was not going to be able to get them. The response from the whole staff after my disappointment was INCREDIBLY RUDE; a gentleman (I think his name was Germain because he did not want to give it to me) yelled at me saying that it was not their fault not to have the two dollies. The other lady (name Mia) was also rude and both raised their voices saying "nobody is going to come here to complain for something that it is not our fault" I then told Germain that he was working for a serious company and he was representing them so I was in all my right to complain for not having the two dollies available; his response was even more shocking when he said "I don't care what you said and if you do not want to take any of the equipment you can go home". I felt incredibly mistreated by this gentleman and this lady (Germain and Mia); however, my family and my plans are more important so I decided to take the truck and leave. I then went to U-Haul location (5341 NW 7TH AVE) where I explained the situation. They did not have furniture dollies to rent but immediately called another location and sent me in that direction. I went to the location (2460 NW 36TH ST) where I ended renting the two furniture dollies I needed. I want you to understand how serious this issue was for me, especially being a loyal client. I need another truck today and have decided to use U-Haul's services again (not from the 12865 NW 7TH AVE location). I had a tough time with the service representative after my movers failed to show up. I was charged an additional day of rental despite bring the vehicle back before the end of the business day. Had to call corporate customer service to resolve the issue.

The only inconvinience is that the close at 7PM and they don't accept returning trailers after hours, so we should run to finish everithing in 3 hours in spite of we made the reservation for 6 hours. The customer service at counter was very kind and professional.
