People there are really not focused on the customer its alot of playing around and inappropriate comments to men. This time around I felt nervous about drop off locations I didnt receive much information the people there seem like they just wanna get you out their face and sell the truck ...I expected to be told more information about after hours drop off procedure. I had to figure on my own how to return the truck by going online. I called the 1800 number and that person didnt know anything either, I was shocked. Seems like there is not enough training or they just dont care about their paying customers.

Found out after I picked up the trailer that the left tail light was not fully working. Brake and signal was working, when the vehicle lights were turned on for night time, the left tail light was out. I changed the bulb but that did not work, most likely a wiring issue. No other issues, trailer worked perfect from there.

The young man who helped me rent the van was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This location is way too busy and took a very long time in renting and leaving. They placed a hold on charges through my bank for too long without making the necessary corrections on final charges. They have charged the final cost but still have 3 pending holds for $22+ a piece. These need to be removed and only charged for any tolls which shouldn't be over $20. They need to wipe out at least 2 of the $22 charges. This is very irritating because we dropped off the uhaul on Tues and it is now Thurs. All of this should have been finalized no later than Wednesday morning.

In my storage room, I experienced a great deal of rat poop. I proceeded to go ahead and move to another location and competitor business instead. The person who assisted me provided poor customer service, the young lady, screamed at an African American customer who was in line waiting to be taken care of with the key in hand. Such customer was simply and patiently waiting, while the female attendant who was taking care of me at the moment, proceeded to scream over the person behind me to the young African American to furnish the key to the person outside inspecting the rentals. The young man stated he was told by the person outside to come inside and turn in the key. She quickly and nastily replied: "No, go outside and take it out there" This was very unprofessional and racist I believe. No one should ever be yelled at and especially if they have been a paying customer. The young man left and she rolled her eyes and and looked at me stating: "This area is niggertown - so..." circling her index finger around. I was appalled by the comment and the fact that such mentality was being expressed through a company whose manager IS African American. I met the manager the day of my arrival and he assisted me with great professionalism, he even provided me an extra pair of hands to help me move in a heavy desk. The female young attendant also mistreated another customer in front of my eyes because he was handing her coins instead of bills to pay a certain fee. She gave him attitude and stated she did not need the coins because the drawer was "full" but the customer explained to her, that regardless, it was legal money. She snapped back and said: "Yeah, but we do not need the coins otherwise I would take them" and sarcastically said "now you have a good day" and disgracefully placed his receipt over with nasty attitude. I personally believe that you should consider the people you hire and the fact that none of these customers should ever experience rudeness from a bitter or disgruntled employee. I would like my privacy to be protected and that this employee be given serious advice as to wake up spiritually because after all we all need each other in business and in the world to make this a better place. Mention to renter the lock required a wide hook to fit over the mechanism. Most locks are not big enough and you do sell the correct one for $6.
