Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI love this place services are amazing
DANTE BI feel I was scammed, I returned the tank in full. I have the receipt I put $20 in gas and I did less than 35miles. I am disputing the transactions. This location is a scam place.
PAULO BPicking up a uhaul became a terrible experience that couldve easily been solved if a customer service rep just called me on the phone. Taking pictures and uploading them was also a pain to deal with, the system took too long to upload my pictures, delaying my move even more.
VINCENT WFirst i received the truck without trolly or pads (which i had paid for) i had to call uhaul and explain the truck was empty and they offered a refund of the pads. Then i returned the truck 1 hour prior my supposed return time and gave the key to the manager of the trucks.( All is in camera that i was there at the time i am saying.) the next day , I receive a charge for, a lost trolley , lost pads, and an extra day! 280$ extra! Beware of these people.
