Reservation was for 1030, building was locked, owner/ employee showed up with truck 45 minutes later amd didnt have equipment that i ordered after calling around to find equipment about an. 1hr 15 min went by so i took truck with out due to needed to move

people at the front desk are coarse I made the reservation on the app but made me do everything 3 times claiming they did not receive my information. We use U-Haul at least twice a month and never have any issues, bottom line, I don't want to use this location anymore.

Roxana JThe only thing was thta I received the truck with 1/4 of tank and I did not take a look of the contract and says that has half of tank, and then because of that I returned it with 1/4 of tank and the system charge me 34.5$ for gas that was not there since the beginning
