The location had a lot of people dropping off so they had to send me over to another location to drop off but this added extra miles to my vehicle which I was charged for.

I have rented from this location about 3 or 4 time this week. This last time was the worst. The rep at the desk never acknowledged my presence, another employee was eating at the desk on the side where the customers sit to be serviced, where the only rep was who was suppose to be helping customers. The outside attendant saw the desk rep wasn't paying me any attention, he alerted her telling her to hold her head up that a custome eas there and needing assistance. The desk rep told the employee who was sitting in front of her eating her food to remain sitting and don't move. The desk rep had me wait for a while as she uses her personal phone. The outside attendant asked if she was going to help me, she replied that she spoke to me (which was not true. She never spoke nor acknowledged me being in the store) When she was done communicating on her phone, then she asked if she could help me. The desk rep asked for my credit card and driving license, I provided her with them. She then said my credit card was Unacceptable implying that it was a prepaid card. I informed her that my credit card was not a prepaid card it was a PayPal card and I had been using that card for every rental the entire week. She the preceded to process my rental. As she was covering the procedures, she became very rude. When the desk rep gave me the keys to the van I rented, she told me to sign and initial the green vehicle check out slip acknowledging that the van was clean and had no damage. I asked why was I doing that process at the desk especially when I had not seen the van. I informed her that I had never done that at the desk before. She then informed me that everyone does things differently, and that's her way she does it. After I signed and initialed, I asked for the store manager. The desk rep was hesitant and the other employee who was eating food at the counter where customers sit jumped up, gathered her belongings and asked if I wanted to sit down as I waited for the manager to come from the back. I declined her offer to sit down. When the manager came out, he was so not interested in what I was telling him. I told he how the desk rep didn't acknowledge my presence in the store, how rude she explaining the contract terms to me, how the other employee who sitting eating food on the counter, and how unprofessional the desk rep was. There was no resolve, you can tell the store manager allows the unprofessionalism, I walked out the store very angry.

Staff was rude. One of them blocked my car w the truck parking it behind me despite that there was parking spots on both of the sides. When i went to the office to ask them to move it. staff in a rude manner told me i wasn't allowed to park there despite that there is no signs or indicators of where clients should park

This location is very efficient, fast good service not like the one located in hialeah, worst service ever in hialeah , 30 min in line, the only one that work is the girl, then other guys just stand by her side distracting her.

used to work for uhaul and never once had or seen an issue. I spent gas and time dropping off a trailer in which showed the drop off location as only miami which i have pictures to prove. After dropping off the trailer at a location in which we went online and provided that location. I receive a call stating that i will be charged more for dropping it off at the wrong location. We then had to go pick up the trailer again spending more gas and drop it off at the location they wanted. When dropping it off the guys that worked there didnt help at all and made me attempt to park there trailer instead of getting a trailer dollie. When i explained that my truck was to big to park it and was risking damaging my vehicle they finally got a forklift at which they hit another trailer with the trailer we dropped off. I will be contacting corporate with this issue. And if nothing is resolved then i will file a report with the BBB as well as speak to the attorney General in regards to trying to charge for a wrong drop off location when there was no exact location on the paper work. All my calls were recorded and paperwork and anything done online was documented

Upon arriving to this location, it was the middle of the night. Sadly, there are not many locations in Miami that offer 24hr UHaul truck drop offs. Thus, we were rerouted to this location. As it was dark, there was only so much we could see. As is common after hours of driving and arriving in the middle of the night, in part from the mix up with UHaul in the beginning of our trip, we were very tired. Sadly, we ended up leaving not one, but three, pairs of very expensive sunglasses in the UHaul. In less than 1 hour, we quickly realized this and made contact with the establishment where we were told whatever was found would be “put in the lost and found”. Needless to say, despite the suspicious fact that 3 pairs of designer sunglasses- one which was even on the dashboard- “nothing was found”. I then spoke with the assistant manager and was told that the 3rd assistant that helped operate and work the location would be in at work the next day and that I could come by. When I called to confirm before swinging by, I was told that the assistant manager was not working and that the person on the phone had “no idea” what I was talking about. Eventually, I was able to get a hold of the manager on his cell phone where I relayed my complaints and suspicions. From there, I was told he would send the security camera pictures of the UHaul. What I was sent was two-three pictures of the UHaul from the birds-eye angle with significant glare and graininess. What I was not shown was actual live footage from that morning of a person coming and going from the UHaul and checking for the very expensive lost property. When I asked what could be done, it was then that I learned that UHaul was already gone and being used by another customer. At this point in time, I will not be using UHaul again. Not only have I lost trust in their capability to coordinate pickup and keep an updated reservation in their system, which created issues with having my moving team arriving, but I have now lost items under very suspicious circumstances and have been told “nothing can be done”. As someone that travels nationally and internationally with contacts that do the same, I will not be recommending UHaul. It would have been worth paying more and using another company than dealing with a company where no one is on top of things, nothing adds up, and things are under suspicious circumstances. I am beyond devastated.

The first young man assigned to assist on my drop off would not get off his personal phone, finally another young man came out apologizing for the man inaction and helped us out. The young man that was a zero is the brother of the girl at the front desk so there’s nothing that can be done. Should have been fired on the spot, bad representative for your company. Never did get off his phone while he was in the yard.

I set up one way reservation to my surprising when I had to drop the truck I realized in the notes were saying that I have to go drop it at the same location because were Sunday I did not have a chance to speak to anyone so it cost me double I tried to call the 800 number Even they weren’t really helpful, only thing we did is open up a file or a claim in the upper management will look into it
