Took me an hour and fifteen minutes to get a reserved uhual. I paid guys to work during my moving experience so an hour went wasted. Never waited over an hour for something that was reserved. Had to turn in my uhual at 11am which technically wasn’t 24 hours since they took an hour of my time. I would just advise to work on a better timing especially when people hire people to help move. No one wants to wait over an hour. Took me fifteen minutes waiting inside the store for a cashier to even acknowledge saying hi. An hour for me to get attended. Then an hour before turning in uhual I get a call the location I was suppose to turn in the uhual was not taking it and they sent me to a different location. Awful experience.

was charged almost 400.00 for a 11 day rental. only put less than 12 miles on vechicle. i tried to explain that i was charged twice already and posted to my credit card. and the office staff Tammy would not listen to me. and dismissed my issue and said i need to call the 800 number. STILL NOT RESOLVED

When returning, I don't think the customer needs to do the checking of the vehicle like turn signals and bright lights on and off. This should be done by the agent.

I reserved a furniture dolly online the day before. None was available at pick up. I reserved online to save time, and still waited 15-20 minutes at the counter. I also was charged for two reservations. I pre-paid for a furniture cover, and decided not to get it. The customer service rep said a refund would be issued to my card. It was not.

Customer service interaction could be improved and your cost per mile rates are 4 times higher then your competition but otherwise all is good. We were in a pinch and our usual sources(Penske/Ryder) were out of equipment for the evening, thus you benefited from having the inventory. Your staff might have had a hard day but could have smiled and more pleasant would make a big different.

We dropped our rented truck off at the drop off WELL before the due time. The facility was closed (236pm) so we left the return keys and paperwork in the provided Dropbox and took a picture of such. Today I check my bank account and email to find that they charged me another day rental and insurance with a check out time of 511pm. Ive tried calling the drop off location at several different times to only get recordings, have left messages and have even tried UHauls 1800 number all with no assistance. I will NEVER use nor recommend UHaul again.

The mean manager lady with the tatoos needs a training course on how to speak to people in general ESPECIALLY the customers. No one wants to go into a business and be talked to like that. It probably works for her and her children but not at a place of business. Uhaul should be better represented by their management than that. Normally I don't have any issues. I've rented from uhaul a hundred times and never felt like this before about them.

I brought a uhual full of trash back to the uhual station to use their dump for 8 dollars. The manager initially told me to go down the street and use someone’s private dumpster but i said i’d rather pay 8 dollads and use the dumpster at the uhual rather than steal someone elses dumpster space. She ended up letting me use the dumpster for free but yelled at me to stop when she saw how much stuff I had even though i was happy to pay to use the empty dumpster. It was extremely embarrassing to be yelled at particularly after spending 100s storing my household goods in there storage space and use of a uhual. After being yelled at i called the uhual to file a complaint and the manager who yelled at me answered and we started arguing which was extremely unproductive. Once i returned my uhual which started with a little more then a quarter of a tank i was charged 55 dollars to fill it back up. I was under the impression it would be 3.50 a gallon and since I didn’t have a full tank to start with thought that might be the more affordable option rather than guessing some random gas amount stopping starting the truck and checking the has tank. That honestly seems like a money grab and because of this I will dispute the gas charge with american express. Because of the manager i will also need to leave poor reviews on google and yelp so everyone knows how aggressive the manager is.

I ask that you consider a credit towards the rental fee for those who return the vehicles fueled well past the point when they received it? I received my truck at 1/8 of gas and returned it a little past 3/4 full.
