They did a great job and really went out of their way to take care of us. Even when the timing of our move got messed up they made adjustments and made everything work out. Mandi was awesome!

When calling and reserving equipment, it would be better for the caller to know what equipment is available. I had asked for a utility dolly, and there was not one available. I was using uhaul 1 way, so equipment was not rentable.

Fuel gauge didn't work properly and initial indication of how much fuel was wrong. Be careful to check yourself. Went 7 miles and it cost 20)$ in gas and fuel level hardly changed in truck. Office gave me credit back. Just be careful to check and tell them

Both locations messed my time and days i was suppose to have the uhaul. The lady was rude about me returning it, because i told her i didn't know how to do the self return. I was very unhappy with the service i had recieved

We requested a furniture dolly and it wasn't in the truck. It would have been nice if the orders were reviewed and had the right equipment inside seeing how I "rented" the furniture dolly for $14. What a disapointment.
