The location is extremely difficult to see after dark; when I returned the vehicle I realized there were no lights to easily see the front of the business; a very narrow side street and then small area for parking the vehicle made the location a bad choice for me in the future. The staff was great- location not so much.

I was in a pinch when I rented my uhaul here. The place I had reserved a moving truck had to close that day, and I had no backup plan. I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I was promptly taken care of and sent on my way. Great customer service! Great experience!

This place was a no show the door was locked and no employee was there. I had to go to another location.

The woman who helped me was very nice. I was disappointed that the previous UHAUL location gave away the truck I had reserved. I made an online reservation and waited outside for the UHAUL employee to open up the office. I waited outside for 25 minutes the other customer was first in line and the employee did not check to see if reservations were done. He then sent me to a different location after asking him what he could do to help since he gave the truck to a different customer. What was more disappointing is that the employee did not let me know that a credit could be given if a reservation is given we had to keep asking what could be done to help. The uhaul employee did not put notes in the system that he gave away the reservation so we had to call corporate and explain the situation. I am also still waiting for my credit

We were billed a $14.00 safe move fee when we told the representative we didn't want the coverage. Also, we never agreed to or were told of the $1.00 environmental fee. Not good customer relations.

The office was closed because the manager was outside working in a food truck during work hours. Also, I received an email the following the day that they charged my card for an extra day rental that I did not owe. I have called and left messages for the manager for two days wanting the charges reversed off of my card and she is not returning my calls. I am trying to escalate to a district manager or will possibly file complaint with Better Business Bureau.
