They weren't open. No where to park. The drop box for the key was very hard to get the key into as it was a slot not an actual UHAUL BOX like other locations I have dropped at. I called them and they didn't answer they did call back but well after I had already contacted UHAUL about the extra charge that I do not think is valid . . .see above notes. I would like the $10.61 refunded to my card asap.

The online process was a bit difficult but overall it was good
Khristine FThe truck was dirty. I had to clean the windshield in order to drive it. Getting the gas tank full was very difficult due to how the tank is situated……the pump kept turning off and we tried 3 different ones. The mobile process was far too complicated and time consuming.
David GMore availability of different type of vehicle. Staff was AWESOME.
