Facility was not staffed at scheduled pickup time of 10:00 a.m. Employee eventually arrived 1 hour later. UHaul did provide an adjustment to the price and the equipment was almost new.

Walter Z.No in person. Everything over the phone in a poor neighborhood. The phone kept cutting in and out. We lost helpers cause getting the truck took over and hour. It was so frustrating and awful. The items I needed weren't even there.
Brianna J.Bad neighborhood and bad service. The store was locked during business hours and the employee answered via a Ring doorbell. My husband was injured during the move and we needed assistance checking in the truck (the app was having issues and wouldnt check it in.) The guy wouldn't come out of the store to help and told us to drop the key in the box. We did and then called UHaul's main number for further assistance.
