Make the customer aware that you may not have the truck they reserve. I was upgraded to a larger truck and everything worked out fine but it was a little stressful to find out at the last minute that the truck I reserved was not available at this location nor the Rockledge location. The people at Jimmy Vickers couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They were great. Overall it was a good experience.

They messed up my reservation and I was charged 3 X the price I was quoted. I was told to call customer service and was holding on the line for over 20 minutes before I just hung up. POOR customer service! I am disgusted with this experience.

Nothing! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say KUDOS to the team. I stopped in before my rental day and Brian was extremely helpful and explained the pickup/drop off process to me. When I picked up my rental, the representative (sorry forgot his name) and the manager were extremely nice, professional and seems to appreciate me as a customer. Brian at Jimmy Vickers was amazing. Very smooth rental/transaction once I arrived at Jimmy Vickers. However, as good as Jimmy Vickers was, the National customer service interaction was horrible. The National phone reservation line scheduled my pick up at a location WAY far away without ever calling me to confirm that it would be acceptable (I was promised by the National customer service that someone would call me to confirm pickup location and time, which never happened). Also, once I realized this unacceptable pickup location (on the last step of the online check-in), I called the phone number in the confirmation email and followed the automation prompts which put me on hold for 45 minutes and the line disconnected automatically without ever being able to speak to a human. This is very frustrating and definitely reduces the likelihood of recommending/using the National U-Haul customer service. Please fix these two National customer service issues. Thanks!

It’s hard to find bc it is mixed with a Jeep selling spot and garage. The uhaul flag is hidden in the trees. When I walked in the counter space was really small and there was a woman at the counter space aleady being helped. A second guy said he could help me. With the way they laid out the desk and for how small it is the way that he helped me by was either by me or the woman in front of me yelling over each other, which was really uncomfortable. He asked for the key and I handed it to him. I thought that we were going to look at the truck together and discuss the truck but instead he said he would email me the invoice. I didn’t understand his answer at first because we were yelling over the other people that were getting helped. He seemed frustrated that I asked what he said for a second time. I was confused but didn’t want to upset the dude in fear of backlash pricing raises. I asked if the Nola store had made a note about the dolly. I couldn’t hear him answer a second time and asked again and he seemed annoyed that I asked again. I was upset and just wanted to leave. I was even more when I got my invoice from uhaul stating my over mileage fees without me being there to view them with them or explain the reason for all the miles was bc of having to pull over bc the windshield wiper blades weren’t working.

The customer service was excellent. I got there at lunch time, about 12:30. They took great personal care of me and had me out in minutes. Definitely would use them again. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you!!

I felt they did a good job. Nice guys... The truck was clean but I prefer having a full tank of gas. The gas was said to be 7/8 full half mile from location a total of 1.7 miles from storage where truck was loaded gas showed less then 3/4 tank. $25.00 added to cost as I had to bring tank to 7/8....
