The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful when I got to my destination. The wrong address was entered and she fixed me right up. Would recommend 10/10.
Angelena FMs. Christy was amazing at dealing with a complete failure on UHaul's part. I arrived at 9 am and was told the system was down. For the next 2 hours Christy dealt with trying to make reservations work. We had to go online to try and check our truck out. I had reserved a 15 foot and ended up with a 20 foot. Another costumer was able to get Ms. Sharon on the phone and she was able to move forward with my order while Ms. Christy was working with the other costumer who arrived at the same time and me. The place and the people were nice. UHaul failed. I also learned that this wasn't the first time the ststem has been down on a saturday. Really folks, fix your system, let us rent the proper equipment. It was a stressful situation that Lucky Self Storage staff was able to help fix. KUDOS to her!!!!
