On top of the workers sitting down the whole time, I have to take a picture my drivers license and upload it, like I told the young lady that's why I didn't complete the online check in because I did want to upload documents. I had to do the walk around the vechile and upload pictures of the pre existing damage and mileage. So what are the customer service people there for if I am doing all the work. The vehicle I was assigned was not maintained well because when you apply the brake the truck started to revving up and no power stirring

I went in a day earlier to view the equipment. I realized I needed a larger truck. The young lady at the counter took me through the steps of increasing the size of my truck from a 15 to a 17. I was grateful for Denzel. He showed me step by step how to attach my car to the tow dolly. He was very patient even though it was raining. When I arrived the next day, I was informed that the 17 was unable to go one way, only in town and that I would have to keep my 15. As a result, I could not take all of my belongings and have to return to Tennessee to retrieve my belongings at a later date which is a total inconvience to me. I wish someone would have told me about not being able to secure the 17 for the trip so that I could have gone to another location for the larger truck.

The first female was very rude to me because I asked why was she taking a picture of my license front and back and she didn’t take a pickoff others and I didn’t have a attitude until she started talking crazy to me.
