The women was VERY Rude. Her husband was sweet. Unfortunately, we dealt more with the woman who tried to lie to us, was rude and pushy, was very rude, and could not answer many of our questions.

The fold down fender was bolted solid. If I was hauling a car, I wouldn’t have been able to use the trailer.
JAMES GU-Haul cost me 3 hours of my time today cause nobody can get their shit together!! I dropped the trailer in Virden then was told it would cost me an extra 200 bucks so after 45min dealing with U-Haul on the phone I drove it to Melita just to here them at water boys say I should have left it in Virden and it didn’t need to come back to Virden cause I selected one way!! So it will be a frosty day in hell before use or recommend U-Haul to anyone!! Piss poor business
