The place was small, overgrown and packed with cars. Luckily, the trailer was in an accessible location and easy to get. I did not receive a 'hard copy' contract nor tell me to take pics before my rental.

The location owner was great. Attentive, handles the contract process quickly and thoroughly, and ensures you're hooked up safely. Turn-in was a breeze.

CHRISTOPHER WThe van was completely dirty on the seats and floor. This was the SECOND location I had to come to because the Value It storage was incompetent enough to put the keys of the van in either Box 1 or Box 2!! I RESERVED THIS MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I’m very concerned with U-Haul’s operations and quality of service, as it’s been NOTHING but poor since utilizing them over 4 times since February 2024. I’ve never had a non-problematic experience, that did not cause delays, issues, or increased costs! I will not be utilizing U-Haul again in the future, as the service recovery, or just consistency of quality service is very VERY poor.
