I booked a 10' truck from Brooks three weeks in advance online only to get a call the day before saying one wouldn't be available. The call lady says she can get me one on Tuesday so I say I'll regroup and call back - call back 10min later ONE HOUR WAIT TIME so screw that and I called the Brooks location, and they weren't even expecting any 10' trucks, only a 20' on WEDNESDAY. She's helpful and understanding enough and I have to compromise with picking up in Medicine Hat, an hour away, as YOU PEOPLE created me more hassle, cost me more money, and lost me valuable moving time due to poor management. I arrive and get the truck no issues and then I started to drive it…boy oh boy was it ever in need of a wheel alignment. I literally drove down the TCH holding the wheel to the left just to keep going straight, and if I had to turn right? well just hold the wheel straight! Extremely dangerous to have on the roads and there was nothing you guys could do for me about that either and at this point, I could not afford more lost time. Horrible Horrible management and you guys need to do better, this will be the last time I use U-haul

It was a part of the Gas Station, and it was very clean, well kept, and staff was very kind.
Jarrid AI had a reservation for 8AM and when I called the day before to see if I could pick up early (should there be an early drop off) I was told there wasn't equipment available until 3PM pick up day. The location I'm rating wasn't that mess up. The location I'm rating is the one that saved my day.
