Super friendly and quick service. Clean and good location. On top of information. Good crew an trained staff. The guy at check in hasn't lived in the area long, 9 months I think he said. Super friendly. And I appreciated the quick personal call to tell me I needed to find other storage options since the online format of my reservation was false leading.
They are always very helpful and funny.
Please see my Google Review on this location. Due to our experience we will NEVER rent from UHAUL again, as many years of being repeat customers. I highly recommend someone review all the negative reviews from customers that have rented from this location. The way this location is currently operating gives the whole company a bad name.

The overall condition of the truck was poor. And I dont like the fact that a dolly and blankets are in the truck taking up valuable space even if you dont reserve them for use. Which I didn't, so they were in the way.
Only suggestion I might have is that inside the truck floor was wet. whether by rain under door or washed out I don't know but it did get our items we loaded wet on the bottom of them. Other than that everything went fine. Everyone was very helpful and nice. thank you.
I was put on the "E Alert" list for a late drop off like, 4 years ago. This made me late since I had to call customer service to get cleared. The front desk lady "Mary" at this location was NOT Helpful AT ALL and lied to me SEVERAL TIMES! She said that she was the Assistant Manager. (She's Not) She told me that the truck I wanted wasn't available. (But the nice lady I talked to with customer service, found 2 at this location) I Am Considering Giving Them A Bad Review On Google, Yelp and Yahoo.
The customer service was not good at all she was rude and disrespectful. Will not be going back

It was a good idea to do the early check-in which sped up the process on a busy Saturday morning.
Consider issuing a partial refund when equipment is returned a day early. We ended up paying for equipment that we did not use for a full day. We returned ours over 24 hours early and were told that no partial could be given.
The truck I reserved wasn't available, and the dollies I paid to use were not included in the smaller truck that they provided for me. I called to have the charge removed and saw that I still got billed for the equipment I wasn't provided.
Unfortunately when you try and call this location you are rerouted to a corporate call center, it creates problems for rental extensions and billing! In person contact is prompt and courteous.

I dropped the truck off 20 minutes early. I was checking it in on the app when a store employee came out and took the keys and said he would check me in and I didn't need to check in on the app. 2 hours later I was still not checked in, I had to call to get them to check me in. Because they didn't check me in until 2 hours later I was charged for an extra day. I had to call again to get them to refund me the extra day, which they did. There was also a thick, black grease on the floor of the truck that got on some of my stuff. I would definitely make sure you are checked in and have the proof before leaving.

Rental return was horrible. I returned trailer at 9:30am, less than 24 hours after renting and it was not checked in until 1:30pm so was charged 2 days. When I contacted the manager (Greg) he was clueless at first, talking about millage costs (non-existant on trailers) and other things, and then falsely accused me of yelling at him before telling me I was wrong and hanging up on me. He never gave me a chance to explain. I had to go through U-Haul chat, which was very patient and reasonable. So while U-Haul corporate did a great job with customer service, this location, and the manager in particular was horrible.
