Online check in and Reservation is awsome, I like the 24hr. drop off so convenient. I like renting from this Location, staff is always nice and make things go quickly. Keep doing what your doing its Good to have staff so Polite and always helpful.

This location is either understaffed or there is something terribly wrong with how customers are served. It took 40 minutes for me to get my trailer, even though I checked in online and had everything done prior to arrival. It was the same story when I returned my equipment. Took almost 30 minutes of waiting to get my trailer returned. Even customers that are only buying moving supplies had to wait too long to just pay for some boxes.

The U-Haul Center in North Medford was excellent. However, the U Haul location on South Valley View Road in Ashland was horrible. I stopped by the Ashland location in person on Wednesday October 21st to make a reservation. The location was closed and a hand written note on the door said to call 482-2788. This was in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. I called the number and the man told me to call back in the morning. He did not offer to call me back. The responsibility to call back was to be mine. I called Thursday morning as directed and he told me he was busy and to call him back in 5 minutes. Again, the responsibility to call back was placed upon me. He did not offer to take my number and call me back. I called back after 6 or 7 minutes and my call went to voice mail. however, the mail box was full and I couldn't leave a message. I called back again after another wait of 5 to 6 minutes and got a message again that the mail box was full and i couldn't leave a message. I wondered how any business could remain in business after treating a possible customer with such awful disrespect. No one at 482 2788 offered to call me back, return my call or answer the phone. If I ran my business with this type of utter disregard to a possible customer, I would be out of business in less than a month. it was irresponsible, rude, inept and inexcusable. I will never use U-Haul again and recommend to anyone who asks to find another business - preferably one who treats their customers with basic respect.

Have more phone in support. I was unable to reach anyone without significant wait time. Online pick-up did not work and online return was confusing and also did not work correctly. Not impressed with U Haul at all this time. I have used in the past with better service. Will not plan to use again.

Guy at counter was awesome. Above and beyond Just don't know why every uhaul location is way understaff like this one was. I know minimum wage is a killer to an owner but need to have ample staff to do the job

Employee need more training how communicate with customer all customer have stay in line at least 25 to 30 mins before they server also they charge more money ..again customer service getting very bad at this location ...please take this very serious.. thanks! bob singh

I reserved a truck online, but the location did not do what was necessary for me to just pick up my truck without waiting in line.

My truck was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I had scheduled a truck almost a week in advance and when I tried to pick up my truck, there was no 26' truck for me to rent. I was on a limited time frame and did not have 6 hours to wait around for a smaller truck. But that's what I had to do. I pre-ordered a dozen blankets. I got 9 dirty blankets. They still had leaves falling out of them while I was trying to wrap my delicate antique desk. The cabin filter smelled like a campfire when I turned on the air conditioning. Not to mention, I had to go into a store several times and was subject to the employees of the store indicted up my truck at were cussing and quite rude to several people. I purposefully chose the 24/7 pickup because we are experiencing a global pandemic. I should not have been given keys to a dirty truck by any person. I pre-ordered 2 dollies. They were not available. The truck was not cleaned. There was dog nose prints on the windshield that were not visible until the sun hit them and almost made it unbearable to drive through the rogue Valley.

My husband and I reserved our 26 ft uhaul a month and half in advance. Two days before pickup they told us they only had a 20 ft with a trailer. All of our stuff didn't fit and we were very disappointed. Moved from Medford, OR to Springfield, OR.

Truck smelled like hemp, box was clean, cab filthy could hardly see through the windows, rode like the tires were square.


make sure to mention where to park equipment when returning after dark and return spot is full with trucks almost all the way to property entrance.

When I walked in and stood waiting at the counter to be served, I was barely acknowledged. I think charges of $53 for returning the truck without replenishing the 1/4 tank of gas I started with would have been exorbitant. I do appreciate that the man checking me in advised of this and gave me the opportunity to go replenish the gas before turning in the truck.

It was so busy that I don't think the customer service was up to par. There was a huge line and I wasn't given all the information that I needed and ended up being charged for something that wasn't discussed, but after calling customer service it was refunded and the process and customer service was pleasant. The windshield and side mirrors were so filthy. The least they can do is make sure that those are clean for the customer. I suggested this to the guy that checked me back in and he made no response and his demeanor was that of someone who just didn't care.

in regards to 29457000 improve the customer service , I returned a trailer before the close of business and before the estimated rental time and they still charged me extra $20 , at the time of rental both individuals were rude to incoming parties coming to rent products
