The guy that got us the truck at the pick location was completely rude , throwing papers back at me not answering questions, we had to collect our order of boxes and othe packing equipment ourselves without his help at all , very poor customer service.chris T.

Rental person alluded to the truck being rented for the next day by someone else and wasn't available. When the movers didn't show, it threw off my timetable. I called the store for a half an hour and no one picked up. I used your website and it showed the truck was available the following day. The rental person basically lied. I will do everything in my power NOT to use Medford Uhaul again.JON T.

Improve your app so a person can pay for being late the days they are. Also not understanding why when I broke down why said vehicle had to be hauled all the way back to another town instead of the closest Uhaul and us given another truck to put my things in? Also how can I fuel up or pay if said truck is broke? Should not be charged when said truck did not move unless hauled by tow truck.Frank L.
Software was still down when we arrived in Medford.Tthey did not even know we rented the equipment in Colorado and drove it to Oregon. They had no record of us renting the car carrier. The place was backed up to the street. Again after 15-20 minutes they just told us to leave and they would work it out. Again completely unprofessional due to your software problems. Tried to use the truck share and it was a disaster! When it asked me to log in I was not able to get into the site because it was not working, So I attempted to call your 800 number and took over 35 minutes and still no one answered so then I went on chat. An agent on chat told me That you are supposed to wait to you arrive because of some GPS feature and then login which is not mentioned anywhere in your instructions online. Of course when I got there I still could not login. I had to wait in line like everybody else and it was a long line as usual. When I got my keys they told me to go look out of about 50 trucks and find my number because they weren't sure where it was because the truck I was supposed to get, ended up not prepared yet. The truck I was given had about 3/4 of a tank of fuel and I was told to make sure that it wasn't lower than that before I left. There is no parking at the site, so I have to park across a busy highway and then walk across without a crosswalk to the U-Haul dealership in Medford Oregon. When I check online to see if the truck was available the next day but return it before 24 hours (4/19 4pm -4/20 3pm, ) it automatically booked it till 3 PM the next day since it was available. I returned it before 10 PM the same day, but was not able to login so I could let them know it had arrived. When I received my bill I was charged an additional $20 for a two day rental! We go here when we need to have a pick up for the day. The vendor always had it ready to go and is there at end of day to promptly check truck back in. The vehicles are clean and well maintained.THEODORE LEROY H.

The young man at the desk lied to me and said all of the trucks were reserved. A female manager came out and rented me a truck. She was helpful, the young man with a hat was not. He also lied and said no manager was on premises when I asked to see a manager.Robert B.
Incredibly rude employees. There was one African American genetleman who was great. The 3 other employees I interacted with were incredibly rude and condescending. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I had to drive back to get the furniture dollys because they weren't in my truck. Rude employee outwardly blamed me for not telling him I reserved them. I ordered the dollys in the same reservation as my truck so I expected they would automatically be in the truck I reserved. He didn't apologize he didn't explain the process to me just gave me attitude about how I should have told him. Because of this extra trip I had to make to drive back to uhaul I was 10 minutes late returning my truck. I tried calling to explain why id be a few minutes late no one answered and I sat on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up because I had returned the truck in the time I attempted to call and explain id be a few minutes late.Kristin M.
