Have more phone in support. I was unable to reach anyone without significant wait time. Online pick-up did not work and online return was confusing and also did not work correctly. Not impressed with U Haul at all this time. I have used in the past with better service. Will not plan to use again.

Guy at counter was awesome. Above and beyond Just don't know why every uhaul location is way understaff like this one was. I know minimum wage is a killer to an owner but need to have ample staff to do the job

Employee need more training how communicate with customer all customer have stay in line at least 25 to 30 mins before they server also they charge more money ..again customer service getting very bad at this location ...please take this very serious.. thanks! bob singh

I reserved a truck online, but the location did not do what was necessary for me to just pick up my truck without waiting in line.

My truck was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I had scheduled a truck almost a week in advance and when I tried to pick up my truck, there was no 26' truck for me to rent. I was on a limited time frame and did not have 6 hours to wait around for a smaller truck. But that's what I had to do. I pre-ordered a dozen blankets. I got 9 dirty blankets. They still had leaves falling out of them while I was trying to wrap my delicate antique desk. The cabin filter smelled like a campfire when I turned on the air conditioning. Not to mention, I had to go into a store several times and was subject to the employees of the store indicted up my truck at were cussing and quite rude to several people. I purposefully chose the 24/7 pickup because we are experiencing a global pandemic. I should not have been given keys to a dirty truck by any person. I pre-ordered 2 dollies. They were not available. The truck was not cleaned. There was dog nose prints on the windshield that were not visible until the sun hit them and almost made it unbearable to drive through the rogue Valley.

My husband and I reserved our 26 ft uhaul a month and half in advance. Two days before pickup they told us they only had a 20 ft with a trailer. All of our stuff didn't fit and we were very disappointed. Moved from Medford, OR to Springfield, OR.

make sure to mention where to park equipment when returning after dark and return spot is full with trucks almost all the way to property entrance.

When I walked in and stood waiting at the counter to be served, I was barely acknowledged. I think charges of $53 for returning the truck without replenishing the 1/4 tank of gas I started with would have been exorbitant. I do appreciate that the man checking me in advised of this and gave me the opportunity to go replenish the gas before turning in the truck.

It was so busy that I don't think the customer service was up to par. There was a huge line and I wasn't given all the information that I needed and ended up being charged for something that wasn't discussed, but after calling customer service it was refunded and the process and customer service was pleasant. Thank you.

The windshield and side mirrors were so filthy. The least they can do is make sure that those are clean for the customer. I suggested this to the guy that checked me back in and he made no response and his demeanor was that of someone who just didn't care.

in regards to 29457000 improve the customer service , I returned a trailer before the close of business and before the estimated rental time and they still charged me extra $20 , at the time of rental both individuals were rude to incoming parties coming to rent products

When I was dropping the equipment off, your employee was incredibly rude and short with me. He offered no information and was very uninviting. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was taking his feelings out on customers, which is simply not okay.

First time renting a U-Haul, was an easy task to do, I thought there'd be more hoops to jump through, only took about 15 minutes and we walked off with a key to a truck.

I'm not as cell-phone savvy as many people, and didn't like that even though I was there in person, there was a ton of things I had to do on my phone while I stood in front of the clerk (that I didn't know how to do) in order to get checked in. Nearly zero human interaction, even though I was RIGHT THERE! While I waited in line for the single clerk on duty, various employees wandered by seemingly aimlessly.

The online app needs some IT software improvement. After we entered photos of the driver and both sides of my driver's license the UHaul app locked up during the enter a second contact page. So we needed to enter the building and finish at the counter. TIP SUGGESTION. Just have an IPad terminal inside the building. Tell customers to fill out the UHaul app prompts. When necessary data is captured, the customer waits until the customer service rep call up customer. No matter what, using the app or not, the customer still has to finish the deal at the counter to obtain the key. Seems silly the staff at the counter uses a cellphone and the UHaul app.Make the whole check in process more like checking in at the airport using a kiosk terminal. As the former IT Director for a city in Oregon I'd give your UHaul app a D, it's not ready for customer use.

The fuel reading was inaccurate. Staff claimed the tank was about 7/8 full when it was closer to only a 1/2. Return was a little disorganized. Was instructed to leave the truck in the return bay with the keys in it and it a receipt would be emailed. Didn't like that.
