Everything was great. Did reservation online, picked up truck, and returned same day. Would recommend this location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was very unclear where the trucks and trailers were located to pick up. I had to ask the only employee that was there early to find where they were. The billboard that held the keys, once I found it, was easy to use.
John CWhen you change locations to pick up without instructions I had to use an app to obtain the vehicle and key. I prefer going to the counter this location was not open until 9 my reservations were at 8 9:45 someone came to assist this was an inconvenience
LaRhonda ETo check in and check out process was quick and efficient
TRACY BEverything was great! When I was having trouble with the app, someone came out to help me. I really appreciated that.
