Scott S.Langes's was great, but I had a long, difficult, frustrating time the day before trying to go through the U-Haul app. I finally gave up on the app and went to Langes's the next day, where I received fine help, picked up our rental, used it, and turned in a short amount of time. Langes's was convenient and very helpful!!!
