Drop off location was fine, but unclear where to go/park. The phone number on the invoice to call when returning the truck was out of service.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt smelled terribly of cigarette smoke in the truck. The woman was not knowledgeable of what was going on with uhaul and made the process so much longer because she was not informed on what to do.
William BPerfect location for us to drop off and directions with the app were so user friendly!
Clara BEmployees deemed to be a little bit more knowledgeable there at County Market or Neiman's or whatever it's called about U-Haul rental and return otherwise it was great truck was clean well maintained the whole nine yards
Chuck RMake sure that someone checks in the truck, takes the key out of the drop off box and puts it in the check out box. Also staff at Niemanns know all the codes to the boxes. I was 90 minutes behind schedule getting started. Not happy. I deserve some compensation. [redacted] is my number. Truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up, no washer fluid, oil on dip stick was black.
