THE UHAUL HAD BEEN OCCUPIED BY A HOMELESS PERSON FORSURE. WE HAD TO CLEAN UP CARDBOARD AND DRUG PARAPHANILIA FROM THE BACK OF THE UHAUL WHEN ARIVED AT MY LOCATION TO LOAD SUPPLIES. AND THE APP WASNT LOADING WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICKUP THE TRUCK SO I HAD TO WAIT OVER 30 MIN TO GET THE UHAUL. THANKFULLY SOMEONE WAS IN THE BUILDING AND HE HELPED GET THE PROCESS MOVING WHICH WAS NICE.

YURII NThe pick up would have been much easier with a better lock and if the lock box wasn’t so high. It took nearly 10 minutes to open the lock.
JAMES CUnfortunately, this truck was one of the worst u-hauls my family and I have encountered. The check engine light was on so there was concern that it would break down on the side of the freeway as this was a 3 hour move. The right rear tire needed 10 minutes of air to get to the correct PSI. The latch would get stuck and the lock wouldn’t lock in so we ended up getting a mallet to help secure the door down. Both chosen locations changed, I do appreciate that there was communication regarding it however was surprised it happened once but then again for drop off. I’m confused how I can make a reservation when the locations don’t have stock. If there was a way to be more accurate as far as inventory then that would’ve helped not change my locations both times. We do have video evidence of the truck and dashboard, overall this was a subpar experience and we didn’t even get a truck with facts on the side - just boxes and a baby lol
