I wouldn’t recommend not because of anything the associate did. Although she was late and I couldn’t get my reservation at the time I was supposed to because of that, she wasn’t mean. My concern is the fact that I had the Uhaul for less than 90 minutes, went less than 35 miles and it costs me over 60 dollars. That is completely ridiculous. The price I was quoted was 41. Never again.

The truck I used needs some work on the brakes. I was driving through town and came to a stop light. In front of me was a Sheriff's car. I came up slowly behind him and when I pressed on the brakes my foot also caught the side of the accelerator pedal. Once I realized what was happening, the truck was but inches for the back of his car. The brakes were spongey. The truck has over 100,000 miles on it. Please check the brakes on that truck!!!

Don't rent damaged trucks that have a sticker that says, "X- Quick Claim Settlement". Although the damage must have been small, as it was not seen in the rental picture through the app, and as I didn't recognize it until after the rear cab leaked rain water all through my furniture and matresses. They were soaked. A damages truck with a known claim as marked by uHaul, shouldn't have been rented. Now I have a lot of disgusting, ruined furniture. I have taken pictures and will be making claims against uHaul. Plus, when I rented through the app for an early morning rental, the key was not in the key box because someone at this location forgot to put it in. So, I had to wait until 9:00 for them to give me a key which was a waisted use of the app rental.

One tie down chain was tightly wond around frame,could no secure my vehicle with chain. Also rented from Cupps which is a well maintained center and had to drive to this location on my time and money

Get rid of the stupid U-Haul app - mobile device pick up simply doesn't work here. Manager of pick up location is patronizing and unhelpful. The lady doing the actual work did a good job and I was persuaded to proceed with the pick up because of her alone.

Not be shady about the gas gauge. Whoever rents from here ensure you take a picture of the gas gauge before you pick up and once you drop off. Also recommend on having an employee look at the gauge.

When I call that morning to say I was on my way the gal said I had reservation in her system but when I showed her my reservation confirmation sheet that I printed out off the computer she suddenly found it in her system. Made me very stress the drive there in a taxi whether I had a truck or not for the big job I had ahead of me. I have another truck scheduled at the next location 12-11 and I pray it won’t be so stressful and they have there act together this time.

So, my one question is this... had I returned it with less fuel than I needed to have in it, I’d have been billed. Since I returned it with more fuel than was needed, why shouldn’t that be reflected in me sending you a bill or you offering me some kind of discount on what I paid?

I rented a truck and trailer . The guy that works there said there was no hitch and I had to provide my own when I already payed for the rental . I have rented before and had no issues with have to provide my own hitch

My car broke down on a Saturday morning so I had to rent a truck from a car rental place and a car solly from uhaul. I made the reservation Saturday at 1145 am for a Sunday 10am pickup as all the locations near me were closed. I arrived at 10am as scheduled to find the location closed for the day. Ot took an hour to redirect me to second location. When I arrived they were having issues with the uhaul website and it took 20 to 30 minutes to process my rental fees. I was pointed to the trailer and was given no assistance to get the correct trailer. Once I got the trailer and hit the road on my 400 mile trip home, I stopped shortly after dusk to get gas and noticed one of the marker lights was out on the trailer. So I towed my car the 400 mile trip with an unsafe trailer and had a difficult time renting one I the first place. I would not only not recommend that location but I would not recommend uhaul at all to anyone at this time. I should have recieved some sort of discount after being sent to a closed location when I was broke down and stranded from home for so long

Have someone behind the desk that knew what she was doing and good do her job by being a little more friendlier. I tried to return unused boxes and was told I couldn't because she didn't know how it worked. Maybe you should train employees a little bit better.

My original pick up location was not this location. The business I was supposed to get my vehicle from never opened its doors for the business day on Friday 9/27/2019. What a sh$&show it was finally to get to a Uhaul dealer that had exceptional customer service and honored my reservation. I will not rent from Uhaul again because I cannot trust your rental locations will be open for business and not cost me 2 hours of lost time and frustration of not knowing if a different location would honor my contract.

I reserved a uhaul close to my house. The day before my move I received a call saying it was at another place. Ok fine. I get to the other place that is further away from my moving point and it’s not there? If u want to improve ur customer service make sure that the vehicle is there especially if I reserved it a month in advance!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen! We will never be using uhaul again! It added so much more stress and heartache to an already stressful move. The truck we ordered was not available, and we were notified the morning of pick up! The only option we had was for a truck 10 ft smaller and only 50 miles reimbursed. We had to make 4 trips instead of 2, with it being 80 miles round trip each time. The 50 miles reimbursement did not touch the additional expense! Not to mention it was not adjusted in our total bill. I am still awaiting the refund to reach my bank. We ordered a dolly- not available when we picked up the truck. The gas tank was 3/4 full upon rental and there was no one available to confirm. The truck did not go over 45mph and would not shift after 3rpm. The location we picked up from dismissed us and refused to offer any help. They were not there upon drop off, and we had no way of signing the truck back in. We were told our card would not be charged until we returned the vehicle, and to put a debit card on file in the event we did not return the vehicle. We did as asked and specified wanting to use our credit card for the total cost. We were told that not be an issue. However once we provided our debit card information, an immediate $200 hold on funds was applied. And we could not adjust the charge to our credit card. Then a day later, I noticed an additional $200 charge on my debit card! We called the uhaul customer service line countless times as well as the service location. EVERY representative we spoke to was rude and short with us. No one was helpful or kind! No one noted our account so we had to go through the same story every time we called. Everyone gave us a different answer. There wasn’t a manager available. And one never returned my calls either. We are utterly dissatisfied with all areas of our rental experience. We will never promote or use uhaul again as a result.
