Truck was clean but I think the odometer is off. That is very important for customers, especially with $0.79/mile charge. Super Shine manager was GREAT at getting my issue resolved! Scheduled pick up for Sun @0900. No one was there; the place was closed. Called 1-800-UHaul, and found out the trailer I was supposed to pick up wasn't on site. Customer Service allowed me to pick up a different trailer and take it without anyone verifying the trailer's road-worthiness. Then the next day, I was emailed a contract with unauthorized charges.Christopher R.
This location indicated on the U-Haul website that they were open on a Sunday afternoon; they were not. I had to get my reservation switched to a 24/7 truck share and locate the one vehicle in the entire location that fit my original reservation (10-foot truck), which was in a completely different location than what the log-in process indicated. Furthermore, I had requested the use/rental of furniture blankets with my original reservation, and I was unable to get those blankets with the truck share vehicle. When I returned the vehicle later that evening and indicated that I wanted to appeal the charges (due to not getting the blankets, which represented $5 of the overall charges and fees), I was told through the online return process that U-Haul would be contacting me within 48 hours. I returned the vehicle 15+ days ago and have yet to hear back from U-Haul whatsoever beyond the request to fill out this survey. I. Am. Not. Happy.Christina R.

The U-Haul employee had a horrible attitude and was snappy towards me when I picked up the truck. I tried calling the â€œoffice phone number,â€ which went to someone's cell phone. That person was ignoring my calls, and sent me to voicemail that was not even set up to be able to leave a message. I returned the truck at 5:36 PM to find no employees there to receive it or to give me any sort of receipt/documentation even though the office is open until 6 PM. Didn't have the dolly that we ordered. No one was at the help desk, after ten minutes we saw an employee who was busy working and he told us to get uhual service you gotta call the number. Had no idea and there was no signs indicating it. Once someone was helping us he was rude and didn't listen to me when I told him the first truck he was going to pull around wasn't the truck depicted the n my webpage. He proceeded to bitch about having to pull around a different truck. He bitched about loading the moving blankets. The whole process took way to long and was unpleasant.
