First, there should be a sign or something that says contact this number for after hours reservation pickup. Secondly, agents at the location should do pre rental checks to make sure the equipment is working especially windshield wipers.

My experience with renting was great up until I went to return the camper. Uhaul's website checkin process is abyssmal. It didn't work, and it kept freezing, then I would have to redo everything i had just done. I tried to use your horrible checkin procedure 6 times, and it never worked. When I reached out to support, it was no help. Thankfully someone from the business came around and helped me out. The truck was great, the people were great, uhauls chat service and online checkin were awful.

Not sure either parties expectations. If you're just looking for someone to babysit your keys and the consumer does 99% on their own, self serviced on their phones than it may be a good relationship and expectation for you. I did not know it was that way nor did I expect it or want it.

I ordered a furniture and utility dolly for my move which was confirmed. I did not receive either at pickup as none were available. I checked out online and stated that I was charges for items not received. The checkout process stated I would be contacted within 48 hrs by a uhaul representative but none ever reached out to me.

I think I was a little confused at how the rental was going to be done since it was all done via phone. Simple to do, but I wish I would've known ahead of time so I could've been quicker with checking it out. Overall still a great experience tho

They do over charge for me because they knows I'm first time rental uhal. I don't know anything. I am very disappointed. I'm not recommended it

Rental process was frustrating. There was no papers or waivers signed. Person had to be called by phone and was not on site. All equipment reserved was not present. Gas tank was on E. Another U-Haul location in Aiken helped greatly but it was 40 minutes one way away, and we called corporate offices to explain situation and rectify some charges. We have been working with a couple people on this already. 10/10 would not recommend this location for anything other than an external audit to see if it adheres to U-Haul Corporate standards (from a customer perspective, it doesn't)

Location did not have the moving blankets I requested in my order. Very easy pickup and dropoff. I had no problems with the one person who helped me with my pickup.

Suggest they go elsewhere. No one was available, had to call a number to get the manager to call someone not even working in his office, enter the building, and get a key for me. 15-20 minute wait standing outside waiting doe someone to acknowledge me. Very unprofessional

The employees didn't pay much attention to us. The process to pick up the truck was incredibly long and there were long periods of time where we didn't know what was going on or what we were waiting for. We had to call several times to get any updates.

I had my pickup location switched last minute by text. The person at the location never asked for my name or reservation. They literally hooked up my trailer and told me I was good to go. I was unhappy knowing I was not told the location I selected wasn't available at the time of my rental.

I reserved my truck for the wrong day but the owner was able to create a reservation at another location. However when i got to location there were not truck and none within a 30 mile radius. The owner to call back later and I kept calling and 6 hours later I got a truck. Extremely satisfied.

The truck was dirty. There was trash in it from the previous renter and the seats and steering wheel were sticky. But it ran well. It only had 1/8 of a tank of gas, but my paperwork said it had 1/4 tank and in a truck this size that's a $20-25 difference. So this cost a lot more than it should have by the end of the day.

The tech, cashier, representative what ever he is, was late getting there, and the equipment wasn't even ready. We didn't get our truck for almost 40 mins after our reservation time and so we lost those 40 mins in our move time.

I had reserved a 26” Uhaul truck with a appliance dolly and a dozen cloth pads but this location had none of this when I arrived for my reservation. I had to settle for a 20” truck which required multiple trips and doubled the amount of miles. When I returned the truck the Uhaul website would not recognize my location regardless of me activating the location to allow the website. Two other Uhaul customers were experiencing the same technical problem but we couldn't solve it. I have attached to this email the proof that I was a there on time and that I waited 30+ minutes to report this technical issues to a customer service rep called Joel. My bill should not be charged the 20$ convenience fee because of a Uhaul website defect.
