Christopher CGuy working the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He was the only good thing about this location other than the fact that it’s 24/7. The pickup/drop off process was long and complicated and the truck was falling apart mechanically. Engine light on before I even left lot. Needs brakes and alignment for sure among other things. I did not feel safe driving it but I was desperate for a truck and the other Uhaul location was closed. Service your trucks and give the guy working desk a raise for being great!
Christina DSure was closed when we dropped off so entire checkout was virtual. I wasn’t 100% sure where to park the truck. Otherwise drop off was fine.
Margaret mThere is a glitch in this form. I was unable to select "Not Applicable" for personnel and submit the form. So I had to select "Yes" or "No" to submit the form. But the site was closed, I put the key in a box, and I met no one. So for the personnel question the answer was "Not Applicable".
