The only reason I clicked no on "was the equipment clean and well maintained" is because there was a lot of dirt, debris, leaves, plastic pieces, etc., in the back when we opened it to start loading. That's not U'Haul's fault, as I'm sure the last person that rented it did not clean it out. We easily swept it up and continued on and made sure it was clean before we returned it. The lady that helped me get the key was extremely helpful and very sweet. The process to check the truck back in is so easy, and we appreciate it!

Helme HOnline check in and check out is a bitch. I must rather deal with a real person
Michael KI was scheduled to pickup at 0900. The assigned truck was scheduled to return at 0930! Local site was aware of the schedule issue. But, scheduling is done at a corporate level. Not all employees seemed to be competent in UHaul pick up processing.
