Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEverything was very sketchy. I knew something was going on. This is not my first time rentil Uhaul. Glad I took videos and pictures. I rented a truck at 4:30pm for 6 hours. I returned it at 9:20pm. They got the keys, saw my picture of the odo and said "Your are all set". I didn't got a receipt, nothing. Unsurprisingly I got it at midnight with a 2-day charge. I went to the location and they just say "Oh sorry, this guy needs some training, we need to call the district manager and you'll get your money back". I think that guy is more than trained... just not in the right procedure.
Dylan CI was charted 60 bucks for insurance....I was told 30 which is what I had paid earlier at another U Haul vendor the same day for another service. The truck ac was barely working...we were sweating. The truck was not dirty but it wasn't clean either. I won't recommend this location to a friend...coz I feel I was charged extra
PREET AAgain, just based on my overall experience with getting a truck reserved, I will not be recommending U Haul to anyone. It takes five minutes to call a location and make them aware that they have a reservation pending and that it should be confirmed as of a certain date.
