Yes, the vehicle was clean. No, it was not well maintained. - The brake pedal is so soft that unless very careful the accelerator is pressed when braking. VERY DANGEROUS.

I normally use one location when I rent U-Haul. This is the first time I have used this location and I have to say, I probably won't be back. The inside of the truck cab was dirty, the person in Valero was not sociable, and did not act like he even cared that I was there to rent.

Why do you charge for both mileage, and then Ask people to fill up the truck. Why is this not a duplicate billing ? $. 114 for a 3 1/2 hour rental is too much. I will take my business elsewhere, so sorry because you are close and convenient

The worst experience ever! This place should not be allowed to rent out Uhaul equipment. First, it is a convenience store. Second, the person spoke very little English. Third, the connection kept disconnecting. I spent 40 mins there and filled out the form three times with most of the work myself as the person was checking out the store customers buying cigarettes and 5 hour energy bottles. Do I need to say any more?

The guy working at this location had no clue what he was supposed to be doing. Trying to checkout a trailer at a stop-n-go location with constant interruptions by other customers is not very good. Finally had to just call up u-haul on my phone and checkin that way. The service there was excellent. When I hooked up trailer and checked the lights— left turn signal didn’t work. I was not about to go through switching to another trailer so I repaired a bad splice once I got home to fix the prob. I would never rent from that particular location again! It took over an hour to finally get the trailer.

This location is a gas convent store and it appeared only one person was working the location and did not provided any assistance for unhooking the trailer from my SUV.

I drove a total of 35.1 miles, yet I was charged for 91. I only had the truck about an hour and a half. There is no way I drove 91 miles. I was also told I didn't fill it up all the way, yet, I have a picture of the gas gauge on full from when I returned it. Do not use this location. They claim they "Wouldn't ever cheat you out of money" because their "commission is only 10%". Find a different way to get a truck.

I would never rent from this location again. They were not helpful, couldn’t answer any of our questions, didn’t want us to document existing damage to the first unit they tried to rent us, and were frustrated when we reported broken trailer lights and requested another unit. I find it hard to believe they properly service their units.

The location manager did not check-in my truck until 11 days after I dropped off the truck. He refused to check it in because of the damage that had done by the previous renter didn't have the appropriate stickers on it. I didn't find this out until 11 days later when Uhaul called me to let me know it had still not been checked in. I tried calling the location I dropped the truck off at several times, but his phone did not work. I go to the location ASAP and he was a completely rude to me about the damage done to the truck. All I wanted was for him to let customer service know the truck was delivered on the correct date. That still didn't happen because the invoice I received says today's date instead of the correct one. I'm furious with this experience and will definitely not be using Uhaul again after this negative situation.

Uhaul system was supposedly down, so it took 45 minutes to get the truck. No apology from clerk, just kept saying it was uhaul''s problem.
