We ordered our truck from uhaul online and we were charged $19.99 plus fuel. Order #: 21622417 Once the store manager got there, the store claimed they could not pull out the order which had the store managers name as an added driver and so created a different order and ended up charging us $71.00over double what it should have cost us. We would need someone to look into this and make a refund. thanks

The truck that I rented was not driving properly. The steering wheel was shaking entire way and I call uhaul roadside assistance they just transfer me to non answering machine. I do not recommend uhaul to anyone.

We used the 10' truck for 25 miles without running AC, and added 2 gallons of gas to return it. When returned to the Velcro station, we asked the female clerk to check out the truck, she didn't want to do it. This morning I see the receipt has a wrong charge of $7 for not filled the usage. I called the store, talked and explained the situation to a male clerk named “ Ron “. We know the gas meter may not be very accurate for a truck. He refused to take the wrong charge off. We are disappointed about it. We trusted the store with Uhaul name. But the store is damaging Uhaul name and business.

Steering on the 15' truck I rented was horrendous. It tracks super bad left and right down the road and seems to "slip" or "catch" on something. It was so bad at one point I stopped and double checked I didn't have a flat tire. I recently moved across the country in another box truck and had no issues. The engine knocks. The steering is garbage. Everything is rusty. But at least it didnt smell like cigarettes. Retire that truck please. Save a life. The attendant was ok I guess. Return atrendant didn't even go look at it and seemed too busy to care about the truck.

Process took too long, despite doing online express check-in, the truck provided was dirty, and the location didn't know how to check back in the rental. Really bad experience and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

We went to the preferred pick-up location, which was about 30 minutes from the Valero. However, they didn't have the truck or supplies we ordered at least one month beforehand. The address given took us to an empty lot. Ultimately, we lost crucial time on the morning of our move — about an hour and a half. Better communication before the day of the move (perhaps the day or night before) would've really helped.

Horrible wait time. Computer “wasn't working”. Took more than 30 minutes to pick up and more than 25 min to drop off. The same person that served the customer for the store was doing the Uhaul stuff amd he always prioritized the store customers.

Door to trailer did not close properly when I picked it up. When I pointed it out they fixed it. But I was concerned that no one is checking the trailer before I used it. Was the air pressure or brake fluid checked?

The pick up took longer than it needed to be (about 15 -20 min). We picked it up at a gas station and only one man behind the counter that kept helping the gas and store customers before us and in between whatever he was doing with our reservation. Other than that, It was a very easy and convenient return. The same person helped us upon the return and even though there was another associate, we had to wait for the original attendant. He took our milage and the key and the return was much faster. Our final bill was accurate. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend UHAL to others.

Valero is a gas station. The attendant was helpful and guided me to back up the trailer, even though he was the only one behind the counter at a busy store.

Have equipments when the reservations are being made. I had to drive to another location that also did not have the equipments I needed! Also they need to maintain a sanitary system with trucks especially with this Covid-19 situation.

Truck cargo compartment had been recently painted causing the rear cargo door to seal shut. Like painting a window frame only to find out you can no longer open the window. Nice that they painted the cargo area just sloppily executed.

It took a little while to get the truck as the person working the desk was also serving other customers as they checked out at the gas station, a second clerk was late to his shift that morning. Some of the blankets were dirty, but he was nice about letting me select clean ones from the lot.

I used the Mobile return so there was no interaction with agent. However, when I called to change the drop off location, the agent on line sent me to the wrong place. The whole purpose for using the app or online process is for me to pick the locations I want and not be changed last minute by a Uhaul rep!

The cost was much more than I thought. $99 plus $10 of gas. Next time, I will rent a minivan from a rental company.

Don't make the customer have to fill up the tank. Just charge them the market price for what they use. Trying to get those big trucks in at pumps at busy gas stations is a pain.

In general terms the van was “clean” but... I would recommend that before each rental that the interior of the cab be wiped down, the dash was covered in dust... a quick wipe with a moist towel would suffice.

The cab of the vehicle was very dirty, we spent a half hour wiping everything down, the cup holder looked like it had chewing tobacco in it, it was gross. The wiper blades bounced and did not effectively remove the rain, very dangerous! The dashboard plexiglass was damaged by some chemical I assume and was milky and was very difficult to see through in the daylight. UHaul has issued a refund of $50.

Make sure reserved uhaul is actually available. Had to settle for a much smaller truck even though we had a reserved truck for about two months prior to the day we needed it. No one called us to tell us the truck was not going to be available . Was sent to this location last minute, which was completely out of the way, and still did not receive the truck we were promised. Maintain trucks. Fix breaks. Transmission slips. Truck was filled with about 8 open bags of moving blankets. Very unsatisfied and made my moving day significantly harder and more stressful. Will not use uhaul ever again.

I reserved a truck a month ago. It wasn't where I ordered from. I had to go to another location - they said they had my reservation, but no truck. I went back to the place I made my reservation and the store owner called uhaul for assistance. Within 15 minutes of his call for help, the other location miraculously found a truck for me! I had to go back again to get the truck. It was very frustrating because I made a reservation, got a confirmation email, called on Thursday evening to also confirm. What a lot of running around. It was so unorganized.

Difficult to reach on the phone, customer service was lackluster, and the rep did not help hook the trailer up or test for brake lights, etc as the UHaul reps typically do.

I booked this truck because I had a moving company tell me I needed one in order to have my items transferred into a truck that can enter into my subdivision as opposed to their 18 wheeler. I originally had my pickup time for 6 PM on Sunday but did not pick up the truck until 9 PM on Monday due to the moving company changing their times on me at the last minute. When I asked the store owner if I could have my time changed since the truck was still on the lot and not moved, he laughed and said you have to pay for another day.I drove a total of 3 miles and was charged $100. I've used Uhaul quite a lot in the past but due to this experience I do not see myself renting from here again.

Fellow East Cobbers please do yourself a favor and stay away from this UHaul. Not customer driven, arrogant and will treat you like crap. this attitude does not belong in East Cobb. My wife rented a truck at 5pm. Due to delays we extended the time by an extra day. We were told it was promised to another party so we were told to deliver it by 9am the next day when we had until 5pm. They had booked the truck without having it. We were not credited for the early arrival and had to jump through hoops to get it there at 9am. We were dismissed by the owner of the gas station and told we should have known that we couldn't extend that particular truck another day. All the other trucks were okay to extend but not this truck. Avoid this place like the plague.
