My location for pick up got changed twice. I was told I would have unlimited mileage over the phone and then at pick up the clerk said there's no such thing with u-haul.

Customer service had me on hold on the phone for 29 minutes
I called that location many many times and nobody was able to pick up the phone â€œterrible â€œ. I called other locations too. I made a reservation through the reservation number (I waited a long time to talk to someone). When I went to that location to pickup my equipment Saturday morning no one was in the office, I went outside to look for someone to help me and I saw a woman cleaning a big truck on the back. I noticed only one person working, maybe that's why nobody answered the phone when I called. It is laughable to see a big nice new place with a lot of trucks docents and docents al over the place but no enough employees. Why the U-HAL doesn't have enough employees, maybe U-HAL doesn't pay them well. All they have to do is to sell a few trucks to have enough money, hire more people and pay the employees better. Terrible company, when you call any location no one pickup the phone. That's your weakest point U-HAL, your answering system sucks, hire more employees and pay them well, sell a few trucks.
Service second to none. I wish I would of wrote down the names of the people who helped me. Will be back. Thanks so much.
Very well run operation. It was my first time renting there and will do so again based on my experience.
We had a hard time getting the lock opened that we called the #800 because we had been there since my pickup at 7am and the location opened at 9 I asked for some type of credit back and was told to speak with the GM Zakiya Blair, and I called and left a message on her cell and I have yet to hear back! it was an inconvenience, wasted time. the #800 customer service tried to help but it seems to me they way the locks are positions it makes it dang near impossible to read your entry upside down and then it still doesn't work how rude I am very disappointed in Uhaul my past experiences have been fine.

The customer service rep whose badge said owner seemed very out of it and didn't really seem like he wanted to be there.
Did inspection was told lights were working. Lights did not work. Did not realize until trailer was fully loaded. When I returned trailer explained to employee that I was told everything was good. Her response was yeah with him (meaning her co-worker) you never know. This is completely unacceptable. This is a safety hazard. I skso had to sweep trailer out before loading was full of dirt, trash and small shards of glass. I would like a refund. Needs no improvement -- your staff were great, patient with my many questions, and explained everything very well. They were also friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
The whole way my plans got changed three times the day before pick up was frustrating and hard to manage. I wish there was a better way? But, all the customer service reps were patient and kind.
The only thing about this location is return access Into the lot ! Very difficult to turn a 26' box into drive.
Staff was extremely loud when conversing amongst each other. The young Caucasian lady who assisted us was not friendly at all.

Sometimes a neighboring business blocks access to the parking lots and storage areas. This can delay access or hinder access by larger vehicles. The team or Kia and her staff are EXCELLENT. They are helpful, courteous, and down to earth. I enjoyed my business interactions with them. Jesse in particular went out of his way to ensure my success on a stressful moving out day!
There was a backup turning into the facility due to a rental can and previous return blocking the entrance. It took about 20-30 minutes for those to get moved so I could enter.
The truck did smell like weed
Unit was free of materials, but it was not cleaned of dust / dirt / debris. I had to sweep it out prior to loading. I also swept it out at the drop location.
