Pickup and dropoff locations were great. I am very disappointed in the fact that uhaul customer service called me twice, once less than a half hour before truck pickup, to tell me that the truck at the location I chose was unavailable. Customer service then had to go through 7 locations, each closed Sunday, until one was found.

I will use this location again for truck needs. One thing - your fuel tanks should be labeled either Diesel or Gasoline. There was absolutely nothing anywhere on the truck that specified. My guess was that it was gasoline because it sounded like a gasoline vehicle but... some people are not as familiar. All in all, great service, great equipment. Thanks.

I have used U-Haul in MD, VA, DC, and now GA. I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul. The Roswell street location is probably my best experience yet. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend U-Haul in general and the Roswell street location in particular.

ON MAY 29TH I RESERVED AN AUTO TRANSPORT ONLINE. I WANTED TO GET ONE IN MY HOME AREA AND IT LET ME RESERVE ONE AT GABBY'S WIRELESS IN CANTON, GA. THE PICK UP TIME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 6:30PM. I LEFT MY HAULING EQUIPMENT AT HOME TO GO TO THE DEALER I DRIVE FOR IN MARIETTA, GA TO GET THE TRUCK I WOULD USE FOR THE HAUL. HALFWAY TO THE DEALERSHIP I GET A CALL SAYING MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND THAT LOCATION CLOSED AT 5:30. THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD GET THERE IN TIME SO I ASKED THEM TO MOVE ME TO A LOCATION IN MARIETTA. THEY DID, SO I WENT AND PICKED UP THE TRUCK AND WENT TO THE ROSWELL STREET LOCATION TO GET THE TRANSPORT. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HAD NO HITCHES THAT I COULD BUY SO I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE COBB PKY LOCATION AND BUY A HITCH, AN EXPENSE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD MY TRANSPORT BEEN WHERE IT WAS PROMISED ONLINE. ONCE I GOT THE HITCH I WENT BACK TO THE RENTAL LOCATION AND A "GENTLEMAN" TOOK ME TO THE LOWER LOT WHERE THERE WERE TWO TRANSPORTS, A NEWER ONE AND AN OLDER MODEL. HE DIRECTED ME TO THE OLDER ONE AND I SAID I WOULD PREFER THE NEWER MODEL FOR MY HAUL. HE INFORMED ME WITH A SMIRK THAT THE OLDER ONE WAS RESERVED FOR ME AND THE NEWER ONE WAS RESERVED FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I FELT LIKE HE WASN'T BEING HONEST SO I PUT A ROCK ON THE NEWER MODELTO BE ABLE TO TELL IF IT HAD BEEN MOVED. AFTER I GOT TO MY LOCATION IN VIRGINIA IT TOOK ME OVER 45 MINUTES TO GET THE RIGHT RAMP LOOSE. IT HAD APPARENTLY RUSTED. THAT PUT ME BEHIND IN MY TURN AROUND TIME PUTTING ME IN HEAVY TRAFFIC. I GOT BACK TO THE ROSWELL LOT AT 8PM ,25 HOURS AFTER I RENTED THE TRANSPORT. HAD I HAD A DECENT TRAILER I WOULD HAVE BEEN BACK WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. THE NEWER MODEL WAS STILL WHERE IT WAS THE NEXT DAY SO NO ONE USED THAT TRANSPORT. I HAVE TALKED TO MR. GARDNER AND HE PROMISED TO CREDIT ME FOR ONE DAY WHICH HASN'T HAPPENED. IN ADDITION A MR. RICHARD WILLIAMS PROMISED A $50 CREDIT FOR THE TRANSPORT NOT BEING WHERE I RESERVED IT. THAT PROMISE WAS VIA AN EMAIL ON 6/1/18 AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. NO CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED SO I REPLIED TO MR WILLIAMS ON 6/15 AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN THIS WILL BE RESOLVED. THANK YOU. This location was too busy to orient me to the equipment rental adequately. It was very rushed and brief. Additionally, I was told that I could return the truck on the 3rd day after hours, just drop off the key and even though I did, I was charged for an extra day. They will find ways to charge you extra. Luckily, I took a photo of the console to prove how much gas was in the tank.
