Plenty of space to maneuver on gravel lot. Online reservation allowed me to show license, pay with credit card then hook trailer. I was on my way after staff verified equipment was properly connected.

We had no problem with this location. We had major problems with equipment not being where it was supposed to be. We had scheduled on line weeks in advance and had to add another 62 miles and an hour to the trip because we had to go to Marceline instead of Macon and then stop in Moberly for the auto transport we ordered. Marceline had a dolly. Not what we ordered. In person customer service was good. On the phone they were polite but apparently witless.

Chris VThe software system used to secure the transaction was slow and caused a bit of a slow process. I would say make the software user experience a priority and that will translate to a faster process for customers.
