The software system used to secure the transaction was slow and caused a bit of a slow process. I would say make the software user experience a priority and that will translate to a faster process for customers.

Very friendly and helpful.
The truck had a messed up passenger side door which made it hard to enter the vehicle. The back of the trucks floor was very slippery and could not get traction as we were forced to move in a snowstorm. This was very dangerous as it was just myself and another unloading the truck.
Also, NOT THE PICK UP LOCATIONS FAULT, HOWEVER, I was supposed to get an additional day of rental due to my reservation being broken BY U-HAUL and I DID NOT get an extra day as agreed. Luckily, I was able to return the truck on time.

The UHaul did not have a ramp,the air did not work,it had trouble shifting, and the back door warning light and sound stayed on, even though the door was completely shut and latched.It was extremely difficult to load the heavy furniture, especially the wash machine without a ramp.In fact this morning we are both in pain from lifting it up into the UHaul.I feel that some credit should be given to me for the inconvenience.

It was a new truck delivered for our use. The problem with the leaking gas tank was most likely not on their inspection check list. The location went above & beyond our expectations for a trunk rental!
