The address that was provided in the text link sent me to the wrong location. I had to search for the address in a map app to be able to find the location. I also was disappointed that I had to drive an extra 130 miles to pick up a truck because the location I selected did not have one available. The online software or app should be able to provide live information as to the availability of equipment for the location that is selected for pick up. After I made the reservation I received a call that a truck was found for me but it was 70 miles away and I needed to go pick it up. U-Haul did give me an extra day on my rental and more mileage for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
