Could not use the mobile phone option to get my first rental location in another town nearby called Lititz. There were no blankets or hand truck in that rental van. Very frustrating. May want to look at your software to make sure it is compatible with all platforms and GPS coordinates are accurate. Customer service was very helpful! They found a truck at a different location. But was a full 2 hours before I could finally get into a truck and get on the road. The remainder of the rental went very smoothly, but I am wary of that self-serve option.
