Amidst the COVID-19 situation and having to move our family to our new home - checking out our U-Haul truck was so easy via my mobile device! I just had to go into the location to grab the key, but checking in virtually was so simple and quick. I am so thankful for that. Used to love renting from here, but now being charged $20+ to drop off at night is a load of crap. I am not standing out there in the middle of the night doing the 5 million pics to check it back in by mobile in that sketchy area with minimal lighting and people driving and walking through that back area.

Returned the truck 11 hours earlier than it was scheduled, but now have a $21.79 "After Hours Service Fee" on my receipt. Not cool at all.

That truck needs some work. Low air in right rear tire, key difficult to turn to start even when steering wheel completely straight, driver's seat won't move and is very far from pedals, back roll door extremely difficult - needed two of us a few times and in one extremely cold night it would barely move.

The guy who helped me rent the truck yesterday was kind and helpful. However, when I dropped off the truck last night after hours, I put the keys in the drop box, along with the contract. I then drove home to complete the online form to let them know all was well and the truck was returned. I did not realize I needed to do that process on site, and take pictures of the truck and odometer prior to turning in the keys. I now have to pay a $20 fee. Please explain this more clearly to the next customers. I would have been happy to do that online return form on site, but I did not know that was required.

The App is a real pain. It does not allow me to create an account and have info left in it. I have to recreate everything with every rental. It is ridiculous that my driver's license is good for 10 years and I have to upload it every time. The online post check in is cumbersome and takes a long time.

I was at the location at the appointment time to pick up the truck, but had to wait over 20 minutes. There was too much activity for the number of employees available to service the customers. Overall, the service was courteous, efficient and helpful.

my fault as well as people checking it out,was problems with unit. Make sure that the units are ready to go. Both times i have used U-Haul there have been problems with unit. Other than that great people.

The online system needs work. We sent a request for a Friday pick up and never got a confirmation email, so we called and were told the request never went through. The truck had been reserved at that point, so we submitted another request for Saturday. We then got a call Friday to see if we were going to be picking up the truck that we were told hadn’t been reserved. Then after we paid, I was looking for the charge on my card and it never appeared, so I asked my boyfriend if he was charged for it, because he reserved the truck with his card, but I paid for it when we left the store. He was charged for the rental which almost overdrew his account because he had other bills coming out. I’m really annoyed with U-Haul and will be looking for another company to move with next time.
