The vehicle provided had a broken headlight, light worked but no lens. Staff was very friendly and professional. Otherwise, vehicle was well maintained and clean.
I reserved a truck for 12 pm. On the day I was supposed to pick up my truck, I received a call that I wouldn't be able to get my truck til 2:30 pm. Great inconvenience and messed up my day and move, as a portion of it had to be done when it was dark because of this. Isn't there some kind of $50 guarantee I get for not getting my truck when I was supposed to? I didn't hear any mention about that either.

Your insurance and renting really looks like cheating for customers and passed 2-3 hours charged extra 1day! Why you never give a credit returning 2-3 hours early
Despite my poor service in the Tennessee Clinton and Knoxville U-Haul officers I had a wonderful experience in the Manassas office as I usually do. Manassas folks rock!!

Make sure the after hours return works in the website becuase I tried it for an hour and a half and I gave up becuase it was 11:30 pm and I just moved houses by my self so I was tired and had to drive at least an hour home. But I was charged correctly so I don't have a problem with that, I just want the online return to work

The U-Haul representative who assisted us was very friendly, polite and he made sure we were happy with the service U-Haul had provided to us.
Seems silly that I reserve everything on line with my credit card and then when I arrive, I have insert my card into your machine again. Additionally, why do I submit pictures of my license online, only to hand it over to the attendant at the counter. Seems like there is a lot of redundant steps that could be eliminated.
Mobile pick up was horrible. I had issue with mobile pick up. I called the customer service, and it was even worse. Very unprofessional customer service staff. Need to provide customer care training to the customer service staff.
Broken parking brake, faulty brakes that screamed when pedal was pushed and driver window stuck when trying to roll down. When telling counter agent of issues, said nothing he could do and to call Customer Service. Same day and poor site customer service.
The owner/manager of this location is a very hard worker. By the time I strolled up at 7am, the place was already well lit and open and he was working very hard preparing everything. I got what I needed done quickly and professionally. On return, the person who served me was also professional and courteous. I would definitely do business with them again and will recommend.
The guys were great
Rep at pick up was nice and effecient, but while on highway found out that turn signal was not working almost causing serious accident. Mentioned it when I returned truck and representative said "ok, we will fix it". I said I almost had an accident due to this and he just looked at me. I got annoyed and said maybe I should get some type of discount due to this. Again he just looked at me. No apology, no let me get a manager for, nothing. Should not be my job to inspect Uhauls vehicles for every safety feature. That is not a reasonable expectation!
The Uhaul truck and equipment were not ready at the specified time I reserved it for and required me to wait for them. This is problematic for those who are on a tight schedule and need to be prompt with their timing.

The vehicle leaked transmission fluid all over my asphalt driveway. I brought the truck back and told the manager and the check-in man this and they ignored me; I got silence. I stated it 3 times and there was no response. I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies and spent over an hour cleaning the mess because it was so bad. They were only concerned with locating the vehicle that was leaking; they werent sure which of their rentals it was. When I returned with the truck and told them my vehicle caused a mess to the home driveway, they only cared that they located they truck. I said, "no discount, no apology, just blank stares?" No response; terrible customer service. BTW it was a large puddle, not a small one. I've been in sales and customers service over 20 years. I would at least have acknowledged a customer's concern.
Service was prompt and the agent was great
