I dropped off on a Sunday, there were no staff on location at the time of drop off. Location is a couple of run down storage buildings and a open parking lot that could use some attention by a mower and weed eater. The option to drop off after hours is nice. It was a convenient location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWorking with S & S Storage ( Scott) , where I picked up my truck was great . Very easy process. I unfortunately dropped my truck off at the wrong location in Bowling Green, Oh - at Shamrock Village as opposed to a muffler repair shop - but both parties were very understanding and all was fine with the return
Michael POwner was very responsive and professional.
