I did not know until later in the pick-up process that the truck was parked across the street.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExcellent customer service. Great location
JOSEPH RI got to the first location, where I made a reservation, and was advised via the app to call support. When I did, I was told I couldn’t take that truck and that I, along with the movers, had to drive to a different location some miles away. That location was extremely confusing and hard to find the trucks. I have never had such a horrible experience with uhaul in all the moves over the years but this one has made me rethink using your company ever again.
Gina SCabin smelt like cigarettes, truck was low on gas, truck was not in the best of shape driving either.
Michael FThey were excellent!!!!!
