Very positive experience. The trailer I reserved was clean and ready to go. Pleasant and friendly staff got me up and going quickly. Drop off was just as easy. I'll b renting from this shop again.

Juan MThis was a convenient place to drop off but it was a gas station and the clerk wasn't helpful or knowledgeable about my drop off. I was given a location to park it and that was it. I figured out how to unhitch the trailer (luckily we had some people with us who could lift it off the vehicle), left it there and left. I didn't check the app or was provided any information on how the drop off was supposed to go. I called the number in the app once I got home and they didn't understand what I was talking about (didn't know what a u haul drop off was). I will have a better experience next time since I've done it once already.
