DANIEL BLocation and ease of pickup is great! But the truck I got the door seal was no good! I drove 6 hours in the rain through the mountains and the truck floor was full of water. Needless to say lot of my boxes were wet and falling apart. Didn’t expect that!
Dennis ZThis was so very easy. I reserved a 6'x9' trailer with blankets online to move two pieces of furniture that has been in the family about 124 years. I was impressed with how easy the website was to use. In addition, I was able to recruit two helpers for two hours to load the furniture. Picking up the trailer was done in NC. The person at the location (Barry) was very friendly and helpful in hooking up the trailer. When time came to load the trailer the two helpers (Guy and Joe) were super. Because of the concerns I expressed to them about moving the furniture, they took time to explain the plan for loading and securing the load. They did a great job. I traveled across 3 states and when reaching our destination, the furniture was in perfect condition. Returning the trailer was a simple process and the staff did a great job. I can easily say, "this was a load off my mind."
