The smell of either cheap perfume or air freshener was terrible. It gave me an allergic reaction. I nearly lost the ability to drive due to vertigo from that scent

Ronald C.The uhaul app would not work on new Samsung phone for truck return. The wait time for initial approval on the app was about 15 minutes, need to be more responsive to customers on a busy move day.
David W.No issues, but the truck struggled on the hills and there were leaks of some type of fluid that stained my driveway. The staff was absolutely amazing!
