It was very difficult to know where to drop the truck off. The man came out from the building across the street and asked for the keys prior to us checking in the truck. The internet in the place was extremely slow. We had to redo more than 4 x to get it to accept. Then we had to call the 1-800 number of u haul to make sure the check in return the truck had gone through as the internet was extremely slow. We placed the keys in the key box after we spoke and confirmed with the 1-800 number as the man for this location had closed.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIf I ever have to rent again I would rent from them , she treated us very nice,
Ramon FThis also was listed with a wrong Address. Took over an hour to find it.. although girl answering phone didn't know the streets to get there she is was kind and as frustrated as i was. She was the only good thing about the experience. I will not use Uhaul again!!!! You should just have your pick up and drop off location at wrecking yards. It would have been nicer and easier to find!!
